    Fantastic hoodie, am so glad I found Prep Sportswear! My background, if anybody cares, is I graduated from ********************* in 1980, and the school closed in 1986. So I have nothing from ********* except some pics and an old basketball shooting shirt with my name on the back. Enter Prep Sportswear. I "created" a Spartans basketball hoodie on 6/26, and it was delivered a week later. It's 100% polyester, 2XL, very fair price, and yes, I'm an older man, but to at least be able to have some fun repping Shoreline will be a lot of fun.Thanks to ALL at Prep Sportswear for giving me the option (so many options online by the way, every sport, activity, color combo, wow) to wear a SHS hoodie. Hail to the blue and gold! ***** ****

    Hoodie is nice quality and very comfy. It did take a long time to receive my order and it arrived the slowest **** way possible but I would definitely order from here again.

    Repeat customer. Not satisfied with the color of shirt and embroidery on shirt since it was difficult to see. Contacted customer service and ******** worked with me to remedy the issue within 24 hours. Very professional and efficient. Will continue to do business with them. Not all businesses are as accommodating and professional. A+ service and product.

    **** went above and beyond on my most recent order. Had an issue on my end with the postal service, he stepped in to determine a workaround and got my item re-shipped immediately. *** purchased lots of gear from Prep, received all in a timely fashion and as described!

    I ordered a hoodie and a tee shirt, both personalized. Took a long time to show up and once they did, neither had the players name nor number. I could have bought both with the team logo only elsewhere for less. Not horrible quality but not great either. Won't be buying from here again.

    Was going to order School apparel as my ****** search showed their website as a vendor. When did get online, noticed immediately that the school logo/abbreviation for our school was not correct and there was no way to correct or contact them as their CHAT was for orders or issues with orders only.

    My order came fast, but without customization, customer service agent **** went above and beyond in helping fix the situation.If you are ordering a womens hoodie, I suggest ordering a size up.

    This Business uses false advertising. They advertise on their site to subscribe to their text notifications and emails to receive 40% off your first purchase. In reality it is only 15% off. They try to say the site already takes 25% off in the advertised price, but this is inaccurate as well, because the advertised price is only 10%-15% off when you do the calculations. ***** this company. They also participated in copyright and trademark infringement.

    The customer service for this company is a joke. I consulted their website PRIOR to ordering to ensure that the length of production time before shipping would work for my needs. Their website states: "Currently, our estimated completion time frame for most orders is 3 business days before shipping." I am currently on the 7th business day and the order is still in processing. I contacted customer service and was told the processing for the brand I bought is actually 7-10 business days. This is NOT on their website. In addition, the customer service agent had no interest in actually providing service. She just kept stating the "policy" ( that is NOT in writing) and apologized for the inconvenience. I needed her to actually DO something. Now, I will not receive the order on time and am out a couple hundred dollars for this gift. Do not recommend.
