      Saw someone and had imaging when affiliated with OPA. My bill came from Proliance but the phone number goes to OPA. Neither place will help me and the admin person at Proliance is very rude. If there's a problem with your bill NO ONE will help and you will get a response to not bother them.

      I ********** helping my wife write this review ********** who is Vietnamese. First appointment was 8/13/2021 for left hand Injury, first cortisone shot.My 2nd was 3/01/2022. My last appointment was 10/24/2022. It was on this day that ****************** asked me while yelling at me "Are you really hurt, or just lazy and don't want to work. I went to this doctor for treatment and care. All I got was Judgment, Disrespect and what I interpret as racism. Based on me being Vietnamese, he thought it would be OK to treat me with such disrespect and judgment. I had 8 appointments with *****************. I immediately asked to speak to the office manager.*************************, the Director of Operations was available. I told her what had happened. She said, "His behavior was unacceptable and that the doctor should have never said those things to me".Due to my injuries being severe, genuine and very painful. I asked to be treated by another doctor. On 11/29/2022 My appointment was with ************************** she is a coworker with ******************She told me that I was healing, that I did not need treatment, and that I should go to a local pharmacy and get some ointment off of the shelf to help with the pain and swelling. On that particular day, *************** fill out an Activity Prescription Form. The limits and restrictions with my left hand for grasping, lifting and pushing anything, is never supposed to happen.She tried to refer me back to *****************. *************** would not listen to my concerns of abuse from *****************. I became very upset, confused, hurt, mistress mistreated and ignored. I had a panic attack that was severe enough for them to call a ambulance. I was taken to ******************** I was contacted on 11/30/2022 by phone. I was told to never enter their building again; they would never allow me to be treated there ever again.************************* had given me her business card. She told me to call anytime for help and support. I Left three voicemails, she never returned any of my attempts to contact her.

      Dealing with the scheduling rep ****** booked my surgery out 2 months, rescheduled my surgery twice. We had a issue with insurance, and once things were clear I called her to verify my surgery date and everything was a go, well she ignored me, I called the office several times, left messages and got no where. I called from a different number and she answered, yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me with no verification on the conversation we were having. I called back to talk to the Dr. ** ********** and got a dead in. This is my second time dealing with this office and being treated poorly. Such a disgraceful employee. The Dr is highly recommended but will continue to suffer at the hands of his racist staff.

      I really loved the medical care I received. Everyone was so very nice. Unfortunately the billing has been a nightmare. Per agreement with the billing department I approved for them to automatically take $10.00 from my account every month. They started in November 2022. So far I have had $40.00 of payments withdrawn from my account. But every statement I received never showed my account credited with nothing. I call a couple of times and spoke with a ******. I got all kinds of excuses. She made me feel like I am stupid. First she just wanted to claim only my January payment. I had to insist and offered to show proof you started withdrawing in November 2022. Then she kept saying that it was on a different statement, etc. That something was blocking my payments and so on. I told her I need to see that my payments were credited. She said I should have received something saying something about my payments. I have received nothing. I received ANOTHER statement that simply doesn't reflect my payments at all. I am tired of calling. How hard is it to send me a statement showing my payments and that my account was credited? I am super low income. I simply can't afford to just throw away money. I tried to be responsible. But I am done making payments that go nowhere.

      They did reach out to me. But they were not anymore helpful. They said oh my payments are only for a certain statement. But the statements I received won't show my payments credited or a decrease in my bill. This should not be so difficult for the average public. Send a statement for the total I owe and show my payments and the lowering of the bill. I tried to be responsible. But when I tried very hard to pay but I get statements saying "pay upon receipt" it is not right. Not happy. I'm done.

      They did reach out to me but they were not any more helpful. They kept saying that the statement I received in the mail will not show my $10 a month being credited or the amount going down. Something about this statement or that statement it's really confusing. That my payments are only being applied to one statement yet I don't see it. The fact is I have received nothing showing that my payments were credited and that my bill was going down. This should not be so hard for the average public. They sent me a portal to sign into but it doesn't show the amount going down. It shows my $10 but does not show my balance going down even online. It is really insulting to receive a bill that says "pay upon receipt" like I haven't been paying at all. I am done. I tried.
