    Pre paid in full. Went to pick up car they try and say you owe more money even though I had a receipt that says paid in full. They tried to hold our keys but after a phone call to the manager they finally released our car only to charge us anyways a week later!

    My car was not in the condition I left it. Our back seats were down when we left. Someone raised the seats and went through all of the items in the back. When we asked why we were told, no one did that. That is a lie. Their solution was to make a note. I trusted them with a valuable asset. They did not do what they were contractually obligated to do

    I parked my car there from 29 May to 1 April 2024 for military duty. When I returned to pick up my car an item had been stolen. I immediately reported to the business, they had me file an Incident Report and told me they would look into it. They responded to an initial email stating they were still looking at video data and would response in 1-2 weeks. They have since stopped responding to my emails when I inquire about the stolen item. I was hoping for them to resolve, reimbuse me for the $40 item that was stolen while my car was in their possession.

    I took my truck to xtra car parking on April 2 and picked it back up April 11. While driving home I noticed my engine whining in an abnormal way. Next I saw my cruise control switch has been popped out. I pressed it back in and no results from the cruise control. The engine noise caused me to pull over and look under the hood. I noticed 5 clips to my radiator cover were missing and my antifreeze overflow tank was well above the full line. I have caked and left messages for last 2 days now with no one answering. Any help is appreciated. ***********************

    I left my car with Extra Car Airport Parking on August 8th, picked it up on the 12th. As I was picking it up I was told that during the parking the passenger side mirror got broken and the parking staff put duct tape on it. They gave a receipt for the damage and told me to call the manager.Since the 12th, I have left at least 4 voicemails to different people along with 4 emails to both their general email address and the email for the manager but no response at all. So now I am left with a broken mirror, time wasted and now I have to contact my insurance to see how the damage can be repaired.

    On September 5, 2022, I returned home from a two-week trip out of the country. When I arrived at Extra Car Parking to pick up my car, I noticed that the back bumper was damaged. My vehicle is a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a backup camera and parking sensors in the back bumper, so any damage to the bumper could impact that technology. I filed a claim before I left the lot and the employee working at that time (*************************) took pictures as well. The claim # is ******. I was told that I would hear from someone in 24 hours. I didnt. So I waited a week and called back on 9/14/22. I was transferred to someones voice mail and left a message. I got no response, so I called again on 9/27/22 and left another message. Finally got a call from **************** on 10/6/22. He said he was sorry for the delay and that he would take care of it. I emailed him some more pictures because he asked for different angles. No response. I emailed to follow-up and get an update on 10/19/22. No response.I tried to get their insurance company information so I could file a claim, but no one would give me that information. Finally I had to just pay the $500 deductible to have my insurance company pay for it even though I wasnt even there when the damage occurred. It looks like someone just backed into something.

    I parked at Extra Car 12/14 - 20. The car was covered with ice and snow when I picked up so new deep gouges/scratches were notice discovered until the next day. I have called *******/*****************************, owner daily since 12/21 and have gotten no response.Gouges/scratches are in a very obvious place on the rear of the driver side fender near the front door and mirror. There were definitely not there when we parked the car.They should cover this damage.

    Explanation of complaint:I came back from vacation on Sept 10, 2022 and retrieved my keys from Extra Car parking valet service. When I opened my car to put my luggage in I found the casing to my Driver's side outside mirror and when I checked on the mirror it had been completely broken and hanging towards the ground. Further checking out my car I also found a small dent in the left hand side back bumper. When I took the broken casing back into the office and asked what was going on they all said they had no knowledge of an incident with my car. They started looking through a file and found a damage ticket and said that some did indeed damage my car in their care and would have the manager call me the next day. He did not! I started calling him the next day and left several messages until he finally called me back. He has since (after saying that the damage could possibly have happend in their care but would not say so definately as he needed to check on it more) he has not responded to myself or my ****************** I see that he has several complaints on BBB about the very same thing. Very non-responsive. I have a $2000 deductible and have no intention on having to foot the bill for their negligence. The manager's first name is *******.

    When I picked up my car from Extra Car after a week (Sat July 2-9, 2022), there as a noticeable 14" crack in my windshield in my field of vision. I spoke to a man who took pictures and my info. He said someone would call me in a couple of days. He mentioned they have a "windshield guy" they work with they could hopefully rectify after looking at film. 5 days later (Thurs), I had not heard from anyone, so I called and was told their claims person ("M) was out until Mon. (family emergency). I should leave a msg and hed call me back Mon am.Mon. night I left ANOTHER message. 2 days later I still hadnt received a call back. An employee promised she would have either "M", or the owner call me back that SAME day. 24 hours later, I had yet to receive a call, so I called YET again (4th time). The same employee said shed talked to "M" the day before and he promised he would call me right away. He did not."M" finally called me back and provided the following reasons for his lack of follow-through:Family emergency Short staffing Bad cell service The time he had to spend on researching my case He proceeded to "educate" me about cracked windshields:How many times it happens It mustve been an invisible chip that the hot weather caused to run (physics)Their guys are in/out of about 50+cars a day in the heat and turn the air on Glass on cars these days is not as good as older ones (mine = 2010)He said they can't take "any responsibility or liability" as they "didn't physically cause the crack so I need to file a comp claim. So, it took 12 days of driving w/ a cracked windshield (and concern about visibility and a possible ticket) to be told there is nothing that could be done. UNACCEPTABLE. My out of pocket for Extra Car was $131.40, my deductible for a replacement was $100 . In addition, I invested time calling (4 times!), explaining multiple times), getting the windshield replaced (took days to get in) and documenting this.

    Parked our car for a week. When we returned, our rearview mirror was broken off. This is the second time! We also had prepaid for a package before we saw what happened to our car, and when we requested our money back, they refused to refund it! I talked to the manager once, and he said he would look into it. I never heard back and never got my money back!
