    I have been asking the landlord where I live to replace the outside light for months. The amount of homeless people coming up to my door is becoming concerning and o dont feel safe. I have called, emailed and texted her about replacing the lights that have been lit for months. These light are part of the walkway to my unit and other units in the building. ******** does not respond to my messages. When I try and call the office number its always closed so need help please

    I have been renting from Apple property management since January 2019. The parking lot here is not numbered, when I moved in, I was told by the landlord that even though the lot was not numbered all tenants knew what spots were theirs. The landlord ****, had a current tenant show me where my one spot was. No issues with people taking other tenants parking spaces. The issue is I have been complaining about a junk car thats been here since 2019. The vehicle looks old, abandoned, its full of what appears to be trash bags and its exterior is covered with green mold. Clearly this vehicle has not moved in years. The license tabs expired in 2019 and they remain expedited to this date. I have email, called Apple property management and spoken to multiple employees of this company in hopes that they will remove this vehicle from the parking lot. No luck, and they continue to tell me its going to be taken care of. The parking lot is very small here and of course other tenants violate the rules by having way too many vehicles on the lot, I have also complained about this many times by phone and e-mail. Bottom line is there is a Junk car on the property full of trash and expired tabs since 2019 and they will not tow it. Am I crazy here or in the wrong? Please help me understand this. Thank you

    Thank you for your email. It has been a very challenging two years for all of us. Ownership of this building has changed during this time. We will advise the new owner the the parking lot needs new surfacing, re striping, and assigned parking. I will do my best to get this accomplished in the next 6 month. I will look into having the car removed within the next 10 days. Thank you for your patience.
