            I booked a reservation with this company in 2020, but our trip to Seattle had to be canceled due to COVID travel restrictions. I've always had trouble getting someone to answer the phone at this business, or respond to emails or voicemails, but was able to finally get through to someone and reschedule our trip to 2021. Again, a COVID travel restriction meant we had to cancel our trip, and I reached an agent who agreed to put our deposit toward a rental in 2022. I've tried for three weeks to reach someone by both phone and email, left several voicemails, but no phone calls or emails have been responded to, regarding making a reservation for 2022. The company has several hundred dollars of ours on deposit, and I would like a refund or at least a response from the company.
