    on 04/18/2022 I ordered face cream and subscribed to get it every month later that night I changed my mind because of more wrinkles on my face so I emailed that same night and canceled the order , I also emailed them next morning and afternoon and I asked for a refund on every email the next day she said she canceled the order but never offered a refund, I wrote back and again asked for a refund, I got ignored . So i wrote more emails , on 04/21/2022 i got an email saying that they are only refunding me for the product not the shipping. Remind you I had nothing shipped because i canceled the order the same day they refused to refund my shipping charge of $12.08 the company name is Lumvi Skincare , That is illegal to charge me for shipping if nothing was shipped ********************* the co-owner is just being spiteful,The amount i paid was $131.08 and i was only refunded $119.00 and that was after alot of emails, They still owe me $12.08 I mean you are that ***** to try to keep my shipping when nothing was shipped and to try not to refund at all ignoring my emails. Account# is#**** no tracking # because nothing was shipped, I have emailed and there not trying to fix this just ignoring.

    Hi,

    ***** received several emails from myself and my customer service team regarding her request to cancel and refund her order.  We got back to her within our 24 policy. Attached are receipts showing her full refund as of YESTERDAY, before her complaint was filed. Please dismiss this complaint as it is unmerited.

    *************************** I filled out this response early morning it just doesn't get to the business exactly when I sent it and filled it out so I don't need your evil responses you know you were playing games with me you are not giving me my refund every time I asked you would ignore it and then you sent an email disregarding the refund saying that you canceled my order even though it was still alive on shop app took pictures of it and because I threatened you guys with an email saying that I will get in touch with the better Business bureau and social media I also wrote a letter to your boss ******* who's name is ************************************* and I'm sure she got in touch with you to give me a refund for everything instead of part refund and I also informed ************************************* that I did get in touch with the better Business bureau earlier in the day so this is warranted and you kept giving me emails that said that you canceled the order but you never wanted to refund my money then you finally refunded part of it and you refuse to refund my shipping I sent you many letters through email saying to return my shipping that you have no right to keep it I have bank statements I also have emails that show that you were trying to keep my shipping and you never sent me anything so that's bad business you don't have to be unprofessional and act as if this didn't happen it's going to bite you in the **** lady I finally got my refund from ************************************* not ****** later on that evening it's a shame that ****** has to s**** up a company for a world well known doctor as *************************************
