    Purchased March 31, 2025 Charged $106.20 Purchased a True Beauty Glow Contouring Device and Glow Conductive Gel Received an email claiming the item was in transit to next facility. I have not received this item and there have been no tracking updates since April 3rd. I have emailed them twice now with no response. They claim they have customer service available 24/7.

    I ordered 2 products from this business on March 14, 2025. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, I was told that it was delivered here. It was not here. I emailed them again and they said that maybe the post office still has it. So, I called the post office and gave them the tracking number. At that time I was told that that isn't their tracking number and it appears that it's still in **. So, I emailed True Beauty again. They offered to send me a replacement by April 1 after I explained that this is for a birthday gift. They gave me a tracking number again. I copied it and pasted it and it was not a tracking number. It came up as nothing. When I told them that, they made it so that I can click on the tracking number. Then, when I did, guess what! It was in ** again. And according to the tracking number it sat there for 3 days, so far. I believe that this is a scam and that I will never get my product. At this point, I want this whole thing to be over and I want my $106 back and I want others to know never to deal with this company.

    I purchased the True Beauty Glow device and it never worked from moment I purchased it, regardless if you charged it as it never takes a charge. It was a returnable product and I followed the protocol to return and never heard back from the Company. There are a lot of other reviews online with similar issue so I think this company may be a scam.

    I placed an order o month ago. I quickly received tracking information, but tracking has stayed on "pending" since then. They said some items shipped from *********, which is not listed on their website. Since then I've tried to contact them 3 more times with no response. I've tried through email and social media. I feel like I've been scammed. I was really interested in this product but would prefer to purchase from someone else.

    I have made numerous attempts to return this item, including emailing the business at least 3 times, searching for a contact phone (there is none), searching online for any other avenue, etc. They have never replied to my emails. The item is basically non-functioning... the switch very sporadically works. This is the worst customer service (non-existent) for the worst product (broken), I've ever received. I want a refund immediately!!!!!

    I bought 2 products from this business; a True Beauty Glow device and a Glow Conductive Gel. The product only charged once, and then the charging port became defective. I have tried to reach out to the **************** through their website and Instagram (where they are advertised) without response for over a week.They show "Lifetime Warranty" and "24/7 ****************" on their website.I spent a total of $119 and would like to try and receive a refund at the very least.

    I attempted to cancel my order due to realizing this company is a scam. They informed me that they already shipped the item. I then told them when I received the shipment, I would return it for a full refund and asked how to go about doing so. They informed me that although they have a refund policy, they do not refund anything on sale. Everything is always on sale through their website therefore they are scam artists.I want a full refund and to return their scammy products back to them.

    I purchased the White Intense Pulsed Light Wrinkles Reducing Instrument on. 12/24/2024..... I decided to return it right away without even trying it as I didn't like what I heard about it after it arrived. I sent numerous emails because they did not have a phone number and never received a response. I sent two emails through their website and then another thought my hotmail account on 1/23/2025 stating I had sent two emails and not heard back from them through their website.I want my money back from this product.

    Date of transaction:7/25/24, Order number: ****** Product shipped 7/27/24 and received shortly after.Product worked for 6 months until 1/31/25 ***************** at their customer service email on 2/1/25. Company claims customer support available 7 days a week. ***************** through website contact us form 3x between 2/3-2/7 without any **************** states lifetime warranty. At very least I wanted info or trouble shooting help when the vibration portion of facial shaping device stopped working. No response has come from the company despite promise of 7 days a week support available.

    These items are not what they were advertised to do. I have reached out multiple times to return - but not response from the company. Their website says "Easy Returns", but clearly that is not the case since they ignore customers who try to return.
