              I made a purchase on their site and they gave me a bogus tracking number that will not track and they will not respond to my contacts to their customer service and they will not issue a refund and I have no way to get what I paid for.               Charity *** is a scam. I ordered from them and they didn't send what I ordered. When I tried to submit a complaint with Paypal, they gave misleading information or they didn't read the complaint. Either way, they are sketchy. It is a shame because I thought they were reputable. I ordered $106 worth of stuff. My complaint was over one item that should have been replaced. I offered to send it back and either get a replacement or a refund of $21. They refused both. I will never order again and will consider them scam in the future.

              ****** - When you originally submitted your dispute through PayPal, your only comment in the dispute was that the product was not what was expected. I apologize that this led to a misunderstanding of your issue. Also, it is appreciated that when there is an issue with your order, that you contact our customer service department for assistance. We are more than happy to make your issue right again. There have been no calls or emails to the **************** team letting us know you experienced an issue.As of yesterday - you were issued a refund of $21.00 which was more than you were actually owed due to a discount code that you used on your order, but I have honored that refund. Again, I apologize if you feel that you received poor service and we have always appreciated the orders that you have placed with us in the past without issues.
