    Monday February 23rd 2025 at 10:00 p.m. Central standard time I was charged unknowingly and I did not give authorization for a charge of $2.06 A few minutes later on the same date from the same company I was charged again I did not make this charge I did not authorize this charge Sunday February 23rd 2025 1031 p.m. Central standard Time this second charge on the same date was for $57.68 I do not have any knowledge nor have I received any type of goods, services or items, company named on my transaction list, until reviewing my transaction was leaving somebody I had no idea what this company even was nor had I ever heard of it. Strange charges by this company that had been listed ****** internet browser it was a very very high position possible scam rated, following that warning instructions were given to dispute charges immediately and also look for multiple charges. I'm looking for 100% total refund of the total amounts of money immediately please let me know if you have any questions thank you

    Signed up for a two day trial. Cancelled the service before the trial was up. Company charged me even after I received a confirmation of the cancellation.

    The charge was finally refunded. The customer service rep was very adamant that it could not be refunded, but I finally got them to refund the charge. No further action is needed.

    I was unknowingly charged $2.00 by this company. I believe it was because I signed up on some websites and they got hold of my information. I don't consent to being charged by them at all.

    I signed up for a subscription on a website and have canceled the membership and I keep getting random charges for $3 and $19.95... they won't stop trying to charge me so I had to start keeping my card locked

    I am disputing 29 charges of $34.95USD and losses totalling $1308.19 CAD on my credit card dating back to May 7th, 2021. Charges made without my knowledge, without me voluntarily signing up for or accessing the service. Bang.com was charging me through the billing service of ECHST.NET, a carefully inconspicuous looking charge on my credit card. The extenuating circumstances that didnt allow me to resolve this within a year is that this was happening without my knowledge, until being discovered on Jan 15th 2024. This charge has gone undetected on my **** bill because of its similarity to other legitimate charges on my bill, such as my ********************* ECHELON. I signed up in May of 2021 for trial of a website called Deeper.com. I was charged for one month after the trial, I then cancelled the service. Unbeknownst to me, at the time of signing up for that trial, they also signed up for a subscription for bang.com. And because I never voluntarily signed up for it, I wasn't aware I needed to cancel that subscription too. As I remained unaware, the ECHST.NET charge from bang.com continued monthly from May of 2021, and went undetected until just this month, at which point I cancelled it. After I cancelled and investigated I learned there is always a checked box in the fine print on these sites, and unless you uncheck it, you get signed up for a second service you don't want, paying twice without being aware. It's how they make a lot of their money, and it's unethical. Out of 33 charges, I was able to get 1 month refunded from ECHST.NET, and 3 months refund from Bang.com, but I am looking for reimbursement of all funds lost from this site. I have never received any correspondence from Bang.com except a promotional email on May 30, 2022 offering me a deal on a subscription, even though at that time they were already charging me for a subscription without my knowing it. Total Charged: $1490.55 CAD - Total Refunded to date $182.36 CAD Thank you ***************

    Hello,

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I gave this address because it is on the bottom of the website bang.com. 

    It turns out that this addrtess is for their billing company ****************, which also goes by ECHST.NET. both seem to be offshoots of a company called SCTR, which is that ******* address I gave you. When I called **************** they referred me to call bang.com and when i spoke to bang.com they gave me the addrees for ICF technologies. The only other address they gave me was for SCTR *******************************************************************************. but I don't think that is helpful in this instance. 

    The email address for bang.com is ****************, but this whole system seems to be designed to make it very difficult to file a complaint. 

    This is as much information as I can gather at this point, will it be enough to proceed?

    The $2.00 transaction is not a charge, but an authorization which will automatically drop off, usually within 72 hours.
