First transaction and correspondence was on dec 13,2023 I paid a deposit for a tattoo cover up. Scheduled my original appointment for end of Feb. I was told I had 72 hrs prior to any appointment to reschedule without forfeiting my deposit. Once I learned my cover up was not going to be what I wanted as well as had some other procedures scheduled I changed my appointment for and of June. I did this months in advanced well beyond my 72hr timeframe. I had a couple of tattoo removal sessions completed and they did absolutely nothing. When I explained this to the owner that I would like to reschedule my next appointment (3 months in advanced) well beyond my 72 hr guideline he told me no. He also told me if I did not come in by aug 30th my deposit would be forfeited. I have all the documentation on text messages of everything that was discussed. No where did he tell me I was not allowed to reschedule in a certain timeframe: I have documentation that he also told me I am correct, he never mentioned this to me that was not allowed to do this and although unfortunate for me, this was going to help him build his company and procedures and he also stated this was a new policy that he never mentioned when I put down my deposit. I did tell him I would be looking into a small claim court and he said he would no longer be contacting me and he was keeping my deposit. I have given him ample time to send me my deposit and he has denied any refunds. This is not fair that he is doing this and I feel completely taken advantage of. I need to know how to proceed with this as he is clearly stealing money and has not allowed me my apartment. I would have never have made an appointment under different stipulations knowing I could not reschedule in a certain timeframe.

    * I have the full conversation in a zip folder which I am emailing to you guys - BBB, separately.

We had a traveling artist come from out of state twice to work on her piece, we rescheduled her twice per her request. Per her request We pushed her project out over 6 months again and offered to accommodate her a third time (up to 9 months), at that time she threatened to *** us and did not want go forward with her sessions. Her review is not honest she stating I said no after the second reschedule (not true). She scheduled for Feb 17&18, the artist had already bought his plane ticket from *******, she then cancelled this trip. We offered again for **** per her request, having the artist buy another ticket and make another trip confirming the dates **** 29 & 30th. After that I offered the third time up to August. (9 months). Rescheduling the appointment is for the agreed upon sessions she booked, no where does it say we allow unlimited reschedules 72 hours before, its a one time exception, and we did it twice for her and offered a third time. She also has cherry picked the conversation so I have added the complete conversation from beginning to end for full context. This was never a scheduling is*** but a financial is*** on her end as you can see in the texts which is also why we did our best to accommodate her. Even offering one of her sessions to her husband per her request. We will NOT be issuing a refund as the artist will partially be compensated by this as the artist is partially compensated by this deposit which only covers a fraction of their cost. We look forward to small claims court to share all the evidence with the judge so they can see she is in the wrong in this situation. She did not respect the artists time or their commitment to your project. Deposits are non refundable as stated and we tried our best to accommodate her. Our overall goal is to create great art and leave every customer satisfied.

I read the response from WWBA. That is absolutely not correct. I only rescheduled 1 time for a 2 day booking. I have the correspondence proving that the artist did get booked as I gave well over a month notice. I also reached out to rebook the second time well over a month and the owner even said he knew the artist would have no problem rebooking the appointment. The problem hes claiming that I was having financial problems is not true. I had money for my appointment. He suggested having my fianc come in as we had asked how much it was for him as well. I did state something along the lines we didnt have financial means for both tattoos right now as we have a wedding. I never rebooked a third appointment. He told me I was not allowed to book after that date. I had explained to him that I was in the process of getting my tattoos removed and that is why I rescheduled my Feb appointment in December originally. This was not just a tattoo they were cover *** and I did not want a dark color like they told me I had to get. I also explained to him that my grandpa is marrying us and has expressed his feelings about me having a visible tattoo at the time of my wedding and I wanted to wait till after. I have several tattoo removal sessions left that were very expensive and they will not do them if I have had exposure to the sun. I am going to ****** this summer and that puts me out past the summer before I can get any more sessions done. I explained this to him and he is now saying this is financial stress on me is ridiculous. If you look at the correspondence you will see he canceled the appointments not me. I am very ***et about this and his statement is not honest
