    I initially found out about PLT via social media and thought it would be a great option to purchase tickets. Unfortunately, I contracted the flu and reached out to inform them that I would need to either cancel or reschedule. I booked the most basic airfare which has the most restrictions. However, when reviewing the airlines policy on cancellation, you would not get your money back. Rescheduling with PLT would be too expensive for as they charge extremely high fees to do so and trying to cancel is a nightmare as they requested a doctors note for the flu to provide to the airlines. Its honestly a very big hassle and stressful as it appears the doctors note is per their policy and not the airlines policy. *** should have a little bit more flexibility for customers as emergencies do happen. I do feel taken advantage of because of the fees that they want to charge just to change the dates for my travel or their unwillingness to accommodate me due to me being ill. Please be very careful when booking from 3rd party sites.

    We understand that health-related situations can be stressful, and we want to clarify that the airline requires supporting documentation, such as a doctors note, for illness-related cancellations. This policy is set by the airline, and we are obligated to adhere to their requirements in order to facilitate the cancellation or rescheduling process.

    Regarding the customer's concerns about fees, it is true that certain basic fare tickets come with more restrictive terms and higher change fees. We do our best to inform our customers of these policies at the time of booking to help them make well-informed decisions.

    We are committed to working with the passengers to find a resolution that suits their needs, and we remain dedicated to delivering the best possible service to all our customers. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to evaluate and improve our processes.

    There was a mistake in my dads booking one letter was off I had asked them to kindly change it as I have done this before with no problem and no charge 1 month prior for a different trip. And now when I requested it for my dad they had emailed me back saying there will be a $135 charge to to change his middle initial which is one letter to the right one. Ridiculous

However, our Terms and Conditions clearly outline that there is a $100 service fee for processing changes to bookings. Additionally, the $35 fee you mentioned is specifically for reissuing the ticket under the correct name.

    Obviously a scam. I booked my tickets, paid the deposit, and agreed to the payment terms. 10 hours later they emailed me stating a "mistake" was made in the pricing and offered me the same flights at an increase of about $200, which was 33% of the original ticket price! Clearly they have no business selling airline tickets and based on the other reviews mentioning "glitches" that caused drama at the check-in counter, I wouldn't trust them with a dime of my money.

    We understand that a price adjustment can be frustrating, so we offered you an alternative flight option at the same price you originally booked, or an immediate refund to facilitate your rebooking online. This way, you are not left at a disadvantage in any way. If we were truly scammers, we would not have offered you a refund, as you have received.

    This is the second time Ive used paylater travel this year. They are 100% legit, they offer no interest in their payment plan, and very helpful when you needed some time to pay off your vacation. I called to check the status of my payment as I always want to keep my account in good status. I spoke to *****, one of the customer service agent, and as always, the service I received was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in providing the information. They kept me at peace knowing I have a company I can truly trust.

    Theyre reap off. They wont issue you ticket if you dont pay them full. Then they wont give your money back.

    As stipulated in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when booking your reservation, particularly under article 4.13, once the full and final balance is paid, we promptly send your e-ticket to the email address provided during booking.


    Given that our layby service involves securing and paying for the ticket with the airline upon receipt of your deposit, any cancellation request is subject to the policies set forth by the airline. If the amount paid exceeds the airline's cancellation fee, we can process a refund. However, if the amount paid is less than the airline's cancellation fee, you would need to cover the shortfall to comply with the airline's policy.


    Please note that if the ticket purchased is non-refundable according to the airline's terms, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund. Since we have already paid for the ticket in full with the airline on your behalf, full payment of the reservation is necessary for us to recover our costs incurred with the airline.
