    Ive had two charges of $40 (10/15/24 and 10/31/24) taken out of my bank account. Ive contacted both Expedia and ******, neither company knows where the charges are coming from. Ive tried calling numerous numbers trying to contact travelscape directly. No numbers work. Now, because of this inconvenience, I will have to make a fraud claim. That means I will have to get a new bank card and change all my accounts.

    TERRIBLE, HOTEL WAS FULL OF MOLD AND MILDEW AS WELL AS VERY VERY VERY OLD AND DIRTY AWFUL ODOR!!! EVERYTHING WAS *****, DRESSER DRAWERS SO OLD AND SWOLLEN FROM DAMPNESS, THEY DIDN'T WOULD NOT CLOSE. MICROWAVE AND ****** SITTING ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER BY THE SINK, DOOR **** WAS ***** ABOUT TO FALL THROUGH THE DOOR (THIS WAS AN EXTERIOR ENTRANCE ALSO.) THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

    This company charged my card multiple times for an airline ticket charge fee through ******. The order was rejected as the total purchase limit exceeded my daily limit. All other fees associated with the transaction were reversed except the charges from Travelscape LLC in ***********. I am trying to get in contact with them as there are 3 charges that have not been reversed.

    Booked an overnight stay for a client. Hotel we booked with was filthy and front desk was rude to my client. Had my clients leave and stay at another hotel. Tried to get a refund and contacted company several times. With no luck, they kept denying my refund because hotel said we failed to pay a deposit. Explained they were requiring a $50 CASH deposit without a receipt. Hotel kept lying about the whole situation. Expedia needs better practices when it comes to complaints and refunds. I had to spend 5 days fighting with expedia and the hotel to never get a refund. Luckily my bank reversed the charge next day. My bank should not have to pay for these bad practices.
