      Very shortly after I purchased a class pack, this studio emailed members theyd be closing within a few days. I asked about a refund for the unused pack, and the owner said I wouldnt get one since I didnt use it in two months, per their policy which is not something that was ever shared with consumers. When I replied that their doors werent open for two months after this purchase, she said they were set to reopen in May, leaving me with the impression Id be able to use it in their new space. I checked back in with her via email in June, she said they were fighting with landlords. Its now August and shes not responding to any emails about reimbursements. The total was $109, which is not a small amount of money.

      This studio is closed due to ownership of the building asking us to leave,  simply this business was forced to be closed there was nothing that we could do.
