Me and my family were planning an elopement dinner for me and my wife on our wedding day. We called 3 times throughout the week to set reservations for 06:15pm on Jan the 28th prior to arriving at the establishment. The website said they only take reservations for 10 or less on the yelp app and we had 13 so we were promoted to call prior. We were told they would contact us within 24 hours each time we called. They failed to do that as well as nowhere in any of the prompts were we told that they didnt even take reservations for Saturday. So when we went we had to wait for almost 3 hours to get a table ruining our wedding dinner. Even when we got seated our party was separated into 2 tables, and took nearly an hour to get the food. To top it all off 3 of our partys food come out cold. I do not understand how they can mess up this many things at one time. My biggest complaint is that they never even called to tell us they couldnt uphold the reservation we requested and no contact was made to me as well as no information was saying we could not hold that reservation. Me and my wifes first date was at this restaurant so it seemed fitting to go here after the ceremony. I cant stress enough how upset and how much I regret trying to make this dinner here.
