    Took wife's Mini ****** ********** to this shop to get fixed and took them 3 months to diagnose that it had bad gas and needed to replace fuel pump and fuel lines. They also repleced the footwell module. The check engine light was still on when she picked up the car and the mechanic told her to just drive it around the light would turn off. I called them to see what we could do about getting that fixed and they told us they would have to charge us the Shop rate to figure it out. We were still within our 12-month warranty and they would not help us.At month 13, One month outside of the shop warranty the car goes into limp mode because of a bad footwell module. These are not mechanics you can trust these are not family-friendly people.The car is now being fixed at *** repair shop and multiple mechanics from *** have tons of horror stories about having to refix what europro has done.If *** dealership does not recommend this mechanic that must be a sign to stay away.

    ****- Your mini ****** was towed into our shop to diagnose a no start issue- the vehicle has multiple issues going on- we found the spark plugs were fouled causing misfires- we found the High-pressure fuel pump was failed- once replaced then the vehicle would start and run for a short time and then die. Then we found the footwell module was bad causing to cut off the fuel pump relay- after we had the module replaced, we scanned all other modules and found electrical faults through all systems indicating the vehicle may have been jumped backwards (positive to negative) which would have caused multiple of the issues we had been chasing. We had worked through all these issues with technical support from the factory *** programming AUTOLOGIC- they helped us work through all things wrong with the mini- it was time consuming and having bad fuel in the tank through us and tech support for a loop- the bad fuel was discovered after all other repairs were made and the vehicle was running but just had a lack of power due to the bad fuel. We noted we cleared faults after all repairs- test drove the vehicle multiple times and no faults returned. You picked up the vehicle on 5/26/22 with no check engine light on- you then called us on 11/4/22 very upset demanding us to diagnose a check engine light at no charge- we explained if its related to any repairs it would be under warranty- and if it was unrelated to any repairs we did- we would have to charge our regular diagnosis charge. We scheduled you to bring the vehicle down and noted the ticket with Customer concern - CEL is on - SCAN FIRST- IF RELATED TO REPAIRS DIAGNOSE AS WARRANTY IF NOT RELATED SPEAK WITH **** FOR APPROVAL You were scheduled to come in on 11/7/22 for us to scan it to see if it was related to any repairs we did -YOU NO-SHOWED the appointment. You did not show up and we called you to let you know you missed your appointment and left a voicemail- if it was something that needed to be warrantied you did not give us the opportunity to do so. Keep in mind that was November of 2022- it is now End of September 2023 and I see a bad review slandering my company 10 months later (this means you drove your vehicle for 10 months with a check engine light until it went into limp mode)- I called ************** (who we have a great relationship with) You dropped off the car Saturday 9/23/23 with no appointment at 3pm- and then Left us a bad review 40 minutes later stating they slandered us and already figured out what the issue was and that we had poor workmanship- Come to find out the vehicle is at *** and is waiting to be worked in due to being dropped off without an appointment and still has not been diagnosed or looked at. I understand car repairs/failures can be frustrating- but we do not appreciate being slandered for something you falsely claim, and ************** didnt appreciate you using their name to slander us. We would have been happy to look at it as we stand by our warranty, but we can only take care of things if a customer gives us chance to make it right- this could have been handled very differently. But the moment we told you if its not related we would have to charge you thats when you became combative on the phone and decided not to show up. The Module is still under warranty through mini ****** for 24 months (our labor is warrantied 12 months) *** can take it from here if the module needing replacement.
