On Thursday the 15th in the afternoon hours(06/15/2023) the hotel staff would not allow me and my partner access to our paid room because of my service animal. I went to the front desk and a large blonde hair extremely rude woman/ girl started attacking me about why I have a service animal. I have severe diagnosed PTSD, and Anxiety. My service animal is trained. She kept asking whats wrong with me I felt so embarrassed and started crying she was disrespectful, hateful, and on a mission to lecture me that I could be kicked out because its her hotel and and private property so I should keep my mouth shut. I started crying more and tried to walk away, she then said I would be kicked out and never allowed to return because Im acting hostel. All I did was bawl. While she lectured me and because I have a service animal its even harder for her staff to do their job and they have to go into my room daily and check everything I have never felt so attacked for my disability. To be called hostel on top of that because I was crying was horrific and traumatic for me. I had to ask her permission so be excused so I could cry outside and I ended up throwing up because of the anxiety it caused. I want to warn anyone with a disability do not stay here they will make fun of you belittle you and make you feel worthless until you tell them your disability not ask what the service animal is trained for. My heart and spirit have been shattered here so anyone with a disability stay clear for your mental health. They have destroyed mine.
