            On 9/16/22 I hired Aaron's Construction to chip seal approximately 360 sq. yards of my property. They charged me the price of $6,100 for their work. The work was supposed to come with a six-month warranty. Around February/March after the snow had melted away, I began noticing multiple sections where the tar was separating, and I could poke my finger all the way through to the dirt. I called Aaron's Construction and left a message with his office attendant to return my call. After not hearing back after two weeks, I called and left another message. I never heard back from them. I contacted some local contractor and learned from them that Aaron Construction did not use a tar for the job, but some cheap top oil. About a month ago I was contacted by another individual that had also hired Aaron's Construction and learned there were three other individuals that had the same issue with the work done by Aaron in the ********* Valley. We all filed a claim against the insurance company listed for Aaron's Construction and were denied. We then filed a claim against his bond insurance and have recently been denied again.

            In August of 2021 I hired Aarons Construction,(*************************)to do some chip seal on the side of my driveway and a little road going in the back property. I had awful weeds that i was tired of dealing with and he guaranteed the chip seal was the way to go and that I wouldnt have any weeds come through. I even paid for a double layer. He guaranteed his work and told me that this would be just like the road in front my house. He told me if I had any problems I was covered under warranty for 1 year. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact him to let him know that the weeds have come back awful!!! I have left voice mails and also texts for the last 3 months and he will not reply. I wasted $4650.00 !!! I am left with a mess!! that he will not fix!
