1 starThey do not inform you when you set your appointment that they are going to text you the day of your appointment and if you dont respond within ten minutes they will not honor their appointment. Husband set appointment with his phone and I was at the house waiting for four hours. If they wouldve told us that when we made the appointment we wouldve given them my number. Very poor customer **********************. When we called them about it all they said was we told you that we would call 1/2 hour before we got there. We didnt get a call and even if we did if you dont answer it then they will not show up. Ridiculous. Take time off work to wait for a company that doesnt show upReview fromGillian C

We had *** and **** come out to assess a very old drain that was very slow. They assessed the problem and affected extensive, same-day repairs! They left the site neat and clean too. Thank you, ***, **** and the Gold Seal Team!

Hired Gold Seal Plumbing to clear a clogged drain. Tech quoted $80 per hour; was there for approximately 20 minutes and was charged $834.38. After complaining, they issued a $100 refund. Will never use this outfit again. Overpriced to say the least.Gold Seal Plumbing

Thank you for your feedback, we use this information to train our employees and continue to be better. Some other companies advertise drain opening at a lower price which doesn't include main sewer cleaning. The process and equipment are significantly different, affecting the price. Gold Seal Plumbing doesn't offer hourly rates as we are an up front flat rate pricing company. We do not proceed without prior authorization. Our service manager did reach out and he is glad the conversation went well. Thank you again for helping us better serve our customers.
