Tried to book an ** through Outdoorsy that Northwest ** rentals was advertising. Responses were delayed and I feel like the host wasted my time. My boyfriend, myself, his sister and her boyfriend were looking for an ** for the weekend and thought this one was perfect since it was on the way and large enough for all of us. We were originally planning to tow with my boyfriends sister's truck since we were bringing our quads but ***** informed me that her truck wouldn't work since the ** weighed as much as it would tow. We then decided we could meet up with his sister on the way there and give them the trailer with our ATV's to tow and my boyfriend could tow with his truck since he has a **** 550. ***** came back two days later and said "sorry insurance just told me we can no longer accept towing rentals anymore." I responded within two minutes asking what it would cost to have it delivered and honestly I am just over it at this point. I don't want to wait another day for a response with another issue after trying so hard to change things on my end to make the rental work. I know there are lots of good reviews here but this was an extremely poor experience that could have been handled better on Northwest ** rentals end. There is a lot of planning that goes into camping trips so good communication would be appreciated and as a host to be courteous and not waste people's times is really common sense. I'm not sure if ***** was discriminating against me since it was 4 adults and not a family but none the less definitely handled very unprofessionally and I will be leaving reviews everywhere.
