We visited ************** twice for ingrown toenail. After 3 attempts and a subsequent MRSA infection in the toe we had to go somewhere else. We shouldn't have gone back after the first experience but gave her the benefit of the doubt. I continuously denied the x-rays she kept trying to charge for each time we went in for the toenail. However, I now keep being billed for services I did not receive. I have called office several times to clear up and every couple weeks get another invoice like I have not called. I am highly frustrated and need them to clear my account. I have already gone somewhere else. Very unprofessional office. I tried to handle this by calling but have got nowhere after they state they noted the account. I will not pay this office another ***** and have even considered calling my insurance to report the insurance fraud I think she's performing.

    Dear *************************

    RE: ***********************

This is to acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
Our records show all three of your sons were patients in 2021 and the two boys were both patients on 2022 . The complaint did not mention which son
And I just assumed it would be this account.

We have outsourced our Billing and Patient Statements to an outside agency due to COVID.
I looked into this and the following are my findings.
Your son came for an infected toenail every year . Our records show he had chronic recurring infected toenail alternating both big toes.
It is prudent as a physician to xray especially if there is an/ recurrent  infection.
You never informed your office that you had ******** as a secondary . The notes stated that when they called you , instead of stating that they should just bill your second insurance , you hung up on them.
Your insurance paid $10.47 on xrays which were performed.
Both big toes ingrown toenail were removed with one toe recurring back due to improper care and had to be redone.

The billing department called your primary doctors office to request the second insurance information and they were billed accordingly and your balance was written off.

Since this problem occur we now require all patients to present all their insurance cards prior to rendering service. Our records show the new patient form did not have the second insurance information and there was no copy of the insurance card on file .

Thank you for letting us explain this.

Thank you for alerting us to the problem you have been having with our clinic. I am sorry you have been subjected to such a frustrating series of events. We pride ourselves on responding to customers' concerns. Your new patient packet even has my cell phone for patients to call me directly if any problems arise.
There is $0 balance on this account.

    Electronically Signed

I had two laser treatments for nail fungus. One was last summer and one this year. At my last treatment the Dr said see you in March. Now she no longer has the machine and told me it was broken and she would put me on a list when it was returned. I felt like she was lying to me so I called the laser nail company who told me that I would have to go to ********. I feel like she has abandoned me as a patient. These treatments cost me over $1500.00. Although it has helped it is not gone.
