My taxes were messed up and I was never alerted or told. When I contacted them about the issue they blew me off and never gave me a return call. I only got awnsers and help when I physically showed up and demanded awnsers. She admitted to making the mistake *** would fix it. It was messing up a return as well from the state taxes. I sent an email looking for paperwork and a letter from her stating the situation she created and the fixes involved and still have never gotten any response from anyone in the company. And I still haven't received my fed tax return that had to amended cause of there mistake.Business response

**************** is mistaken in the actions taken with his tax return. Without giving out priveleged information *************** is in the middle of a custody dispute with the mother of his children. He dropped his taxes off and told me that they were to be filed claiming a dependent. After the taxes were filed and acknowledged he discovered the mother did not claim all credits and that we could amend and claim an additional credit for the child who lived with him temporarily. *************** walked into the office without an appointment and was helped at that time. I will not go into any further detail as it violates the privacy of my client. I respond to phone calls and emails within a 72hour timeframe. I have no email request from *************** and have gone out of my way to help him with his tax situation. As to the state issue he is concerned about it is the new ****************** Family Tax Credit that did not come out until intiial return was already filed. That issues was taken care of also and is out of our control once the return is filed with the ********** of ************** We do not have time frames available for the funding of the WAWTFC. Our office is open limited hours during the off season so sometimes it may seem like we are lagging on response time, we will always have our clients best issues at heart.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Ms. ******** has already been sharing personal information already and don't know why she'd stop now? When I went in for the fix she showed me my exs personal information on her monitor and even gave me the exact amount her return was. ******************** has done my taxes and my ex's for the last 17 plus years and she already knew for the last three years what mine and my ex's verbal agreement was as there is no court order yet on who claims who. She handled the last three years that we've been separated just fine but now seems to be playing games and favoritism. I didn't drop my taxes off, I was present when we filed and was told the amount I would receive in a check. When I picked my check up and cashed it I realized it was a lower amount then told. I called several times to find out the discrepancy and they never returned my call. So I came into the shop in person to find out and she did go over it with out an appointment. She said she made a mistake and forgot to check the eic box and that's why it was lower and the issues with the state tax credit. I gave her my banking information so it could be direct deposited and still to this day have not had my money put in. She never gave me a print out or email of the ammendment returns and still hasn't called the explain where the money is. Yes the time window on fixing the state tax return was short but I was able to handle it but it could of gone more smoothly and quickly if she would of responded to my calls and email. It would of even been an issue if she filed my return appropriately in the first place

I really have nothing else to say to ***************** I am not getting in the middle of his fight with the ex who will remain a client. *************** will not. ******* return was filed at no cost to **************** and he was told that amended returns are taking 16 weeks or more to process. Once it is filed the amended is out of my control. The *** decides the processing time and whether or not they will accept the changes made. The amended return was efiled on Mar 20 and the *** adjusted the return on July 28th.
