Hello ********, we apologize for any possible miscommunication or misunderstanding. As a consumer reporting agency that resells the credit data for Equifax, Experian, and **********, we take consumer disputes very seriously and log all consumer interaction into a dedicated internal database. Upon researching your complaint, we found that your report was ordered by our client, The *********** on 09/25/2024 in connection to a mortgage loan. On 01/14/2025 we have record that you called into our office to request a copy of this report. We mailed you a copy of the report on 01/15/2025. We cant seem to find any evidence beyond this that you communicated you would like to dispute any of the information on the credit report until you filed this complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Our consumer services coordinator tried to reach out to you for further details regarding the items you wanted to dispute and to further explain the process. She called you on 02/10 and 02/11 and left you voicemails. She also tried to e-mail you on 02/10, 02/11, and 02/13 with no response thus far.

Since we are only a credit report Reseller for the credit bureaus, not the actual credit bureaus, we can only dispute these items on your behalf with the credit bureaus. We wanted to further discuss with you beforehand, but since we havent received a response, we went ahead and made the disputes with Equifax, Experian, and ********** today, 02/14/25, for the tradelines you provided in this BBB complaint portal. Once the disputes are made, the credit bureaus have within 30 days to investigate and provide us the results of the investigation. As soon we receive the investigation results, we will notify and mail it to you.

Again, we are sorry for any misunderstanding. Feel free to call me at ************ if you would like to discuss further.

On October 29th I put an application in for an apartment building they sent me an email and a text message requesting that I give them my employee ignition number for ******** and my password so they can log into my account which is also a violation of my work if I would have given that. I had already given then my supervisor's phone number and name on the application which they should have reached out and contacted him before ever train to get in any of my information to the login screen of my employer. Then the next day on the 30th my fiance had filled out the application as well and they tried getting her login information which she works for an insurance company so that's another violation I see because my fiance deals with sensitive and personal of other people.

    Hi *****,

We understand your concerns and are hoping we can provide further clarification on the verification process via MeasureOne. Many employers, including ******** as well your co-applicants employer, are now outsourcing employment verifications via a 3rd party provider. These 3rd party providers tend to charge fees of up to $100 for employment history, so we utilize an alternate service (MeasureOne) to try and obtain that additional information at no additional cost. Their process includes cross-referencing paystubs with bank statements in order to verify income, as well as confirm employment history if that information is available. They system does not access company computers or information but does need your authorization to obtain your personal records. We completely understand the growing concerns around security and no one is required to complete this process. It only serves as an available option for verification of employment history and income, when those details cannot be directly obtained from an employer.
