Hello. On 7/21/23 I reached out to the owner of this business and asked if he still had a first-pick male puppy available for a particular litter. I received a response that this slot was open and so proceeded to put my deposit down ($520) through an online payment. Once completing my transaction I went back to my email and saw a new email from the owner now saying slot was taken. I sought a refund, owner said no. I then attempted to work with the owner. I was moved to a another lower quality litter. This one had a delivery months later. I was given no choice to get a refund so had limited options. Owner knew I was on a 1-3 month timeline and I wanted to work with the owner. Next, weeks/months pass and I seek updates as he has provided none. Finally, email comes saying this next litter has failed... I again seek a refund. Again told no option from the owner for refund or compromise. Moved to yet another less quality litter. I tried again to be flexible and make it work. Wait many more weeks and this litter too failed/unsuccessful. Again ask for refund. Now well beyond my timeline. And now owner gives only options to take a puppy from a pregnant female he intends to bring in from another country. This was nothing I ever signed up for. Everything continues to change with this owner. Has given me multiple reasons as to why litters failed. First due to wildfire smoke and now it's due to the dog food he is using. But my understanding is that he has had four consecutive failed litters. I do not want, nor did I sigh up to wait so long for a puppy and certainly didn't want a puppy from an imported pregnant female with very little information on. Essentially, trusting this owner that these random dogs he must have bought are of any sort of comparable quality. I do believe that I would never have put down any deposit had the owner communicated that the first male pick of that first litter was not available. I made that deposit payment within minutes of his email. Thank you.

King Rottweilers is a Rottweiler breeder in **********. Date I received the puppy: 09/19/2022 Amount paid: $4049.99 total for the puppy, 2ith shipping and fees. What the business committed to provide me: A happy, healthy pure-bred Rottweiler puppy. What the nature of the dispute is: We received a puppy and everything went great the first couple days while the puppy was getting used to the new environment. The puppy quickly started showing signs of aggression which evolved into vicious biting and clamping down and refusing to release. Blood was drawn many times.. I communicated with the breeder throughout this and his recommendation was that next time the puppy bites down on me and refuses to let go to pinch and twist his cheeks until he yelps and lets go. I am not comfortable with this as I do not want to physically abuse a dog but I tried it anyway and this dog could not care less, it did not seem to phase him at all. At this point I realized that this was not working out and the dog needed more care than I could give before it was too late for him. My wife and I were both miserable having this puppy that was obviously not happy with us. He also started growling and snapping at us when trying to remove him from dangerous situations. There was no mention of signing a contract with the breeder until we already had the puppy in our possession. This contract was extremely one sided and there was no recourse for the buyer. If anything went wrong and the dog ever needed to be sold or transferred, it had to go back to the breeder only. If this was not followed, the breeder could take legal action against you. I ended up returning this dog to the breeder and now he is refusing to give a refund, even after stringing me along for 2 months saying they would consider it.Business offered to give a $2000 credit towards another dog, even though he blames me for not being able to care for the dog properly. I do not trust this breeder to provide another dog.Invoice# ******
