Horrible experience!! Very poor clerical and communication skills. They requested copies when they needed originals, sent important papers to the wrong address, couldn't find emails I had sent 5 times, etc.... Never did they explain what they were doing or what the process would be. After blowing through the first $6,000 retainer with very little actual progress made it was clear that they intended to milk 20 to 30k out of our dads modest noncontested, all heirs in perfect agreement estate. BEWARE!!!

DON'T HIRE THIS FIRM. They appear really knowledgable & professional. But - they ask for huge money up front - then don't complete the work you hired them for.

I am writing to address the concerns you expressed regarding the completion of your work and the subsequent refund issued in September 2023.
First and foremost, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any frustration or inconvenience you experienced as a result of our service. It is always our intention to provide our clients with the highest level of support and assistance, and I regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations on this occasion.
I understand that you may feel dissatisfied with the outcome of your matter, despite the refund issued. Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we take your concerns very seriously. I want to assure you that steps have been taken to address the capacity issues that arose due to the loss of an attorney in our firm. We have implemented measures to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future and to ensure that our clients receive timely and thorough attention to their matters.
Regarding the option to transfer your matter to the new location of the attorney, I understand that you chose not to pursue this route. While we always strive to accommodate our clients' preferences to the best of our ability, I recognize that this decision may have contributed to the challenges you encountered.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment you experienced.
