I suffer from GAD, insomnia &pain disorders. I haven't slept in 2 days because avista has been working on wires that aren't even down.ALL NIGHT LONG. My child who goes to school isn't going because he got no sleep. This is ridiculous. Find a way to inform us of upcoming construction so we can make other arrangements.PLEASEBusiness response

The Utility received notification of a car hit pole incident near this location.Avista responded quickly and are working to keep power on in the area. Id like to advise ********* that for any planned outages that we have Avista does provide ample notice for customers to plan for any expected power outages.We are aware customers are on medical equipment, need medicine refrigerated,etc., and work to notify beforehand so that they can plan accordingly. However,for any unexpected incidents, notice will not be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If ********* would like to file for reimbursement, she would need to go after the party who caused the accident as they have liability to any damages caused by the outcome of their vehicle hitting the pole.
