      I called Avista to let them know I would be taking care of my deceased parents billing. I hung up with them, thinking things were taken care of. I got a return voicemail to which I probably called them back. The woman on the other end of the line was rude and pushy and eventually I hung up because I did not have the time to spend another 20 minutes on the phone. Next thing I know my power is turned off, coincidence? I think not. But I know theyre covering their butts because that is completely illegal to turn off someones power whose billing is current and have no way of knowing of the account holders passing other than from the phone call I initiated.

      Avista came in and replaced the line to my house. They dug holes and left a sink hole under my patio. They also did not give prior notice they wanted access to my property. I am going to change off gas because of this.
