  International orders can be challenging! Apples of Gold customer service has been very attentive and responsive through the questions and answers period of placing a handmade artisan design order. I look forward to reviewing the completely finished item.

  Everything was the opposite of what it's supposed to be If you see a piece you'd like to buy, do not buy it, if you are depending on a certain delivery time. The system confirmed our choice and size, and I paid right away, plus paid extra for 2-day- delivery. But I did not hear back from the company at all for days, after I paid, them saying later that my phone and computer must have been off, broken or whatever. ?? Only so much can be off... It turned out, the piece was not even in stock in the ordered size. In the end, I had to take the ring in the bigger size, and paid even more money, for over-night-delivery... and had to size it down at my costs too. It was a very bad experience and I took the ring because I needed it for a certain time and occasion.

  Hi, this customer did not read the listed shipping time on this product. On the particular item that she ordered, it says that it "Ships within 5-7 business days". She did not read this or did not understand it and expect her order to ship on day 1. We are very careful about making sure about listing the ship times on our items. You can review the shipping time underneath the "add to cart" button on this particular product: ***************************************************************************

  The reason why some of our rings take a few business days to ship and are not instant is because we stock some of our rings in a particular size and they need to be re-sized to the customer's chosen size, which we did.

  We also shipped the exact ring size that the customer ordered, which is a size 6.5. It is not our fault if she ordered the wrong size and had to have it re-sized locally.

  In essence, this was a case of the customer not reading or overlooking the product description. 

  We strive to do everything to make things right, but the customer did not reach out to us to ask for any compensation or anything, which we would have offered. We just got the negative review without any opportunity to attempt to resolve the issue. You can see from our many, many positive reviews and A+ ratings that this is not the norm and was not out fault.

  A beautiful silver band arrived a few days after ordering. It was packaged well. It ended up being a bit too big and was exchanged for a smaller, wider band at no extra charge. It arrived quickly as well.This is the second thing I have purchased from Apples of Gold. The first was about 6 years ago. I was impressed with the quality then and it is still so lovely.

  Ordered the fully solid white gold 14 Kt Sword of the Spirit cross pendant two years ago. Absolutely perfect transaction and the cross is beautiful. I have worn it everyday since I received it with no problems at all. Highly recommend.
