  On 1/9/2023 around 5:18PM, at the Lovely Buds on Division, I purchased a Pax pod from the clearance section. When I got home, and opened the package, the cartridge was more than half empty. I was unable to return to the store until the next day after work. I returned to the store, with original packaging, and my receipt the next day to get an exchange for my purchase. I was informed that they would not exchange the product for the same thing due to the item being on clearance. The best they could do was offer a 20% discount off another purchase in the regular priced section. This solution was unacceptable. I spent my hard-earned money on a product that was defective and was offered 20% to spend more money! It is wrong to offer to take more money from a customer that just bought something defective, instead of an exchange of the same exact item. Selling defective items is just wrong.
