1 starLt property management is the worst. Slum lords that charge too much for rent. They advertised that rent was $1125.00 a mth. Then once you sign the contract, your rent goes up to $1305.00 a mth. False advertisement is why they should be fined.Review fromTiffany T

1 star** took over as property mangers while I was still in my original lease. I decided to move and not renew my lease, due to ** wanting to raise my rent by 500 additional dollars per month upon lease renewal. I gave my notice on the 10th of the month and was moved out by the end of that same month. I requested a copy of my move in conditions report the same day I put in my notice. However after several requests I was told by the tenant relations staff at ** that "we don't have it, the last company never gave it to us" once I moved out I receive a letter stating I owe ** almost 8000 worth of damages, and last months rent and 1 month worth of rent for after I already moved out. I tried calling them, emailing them with no response. Within my lease it shows I paid my last months rent when I first moved in. Also by law you have to send an itemized bill showing the break down of Costs. The charges they put on the letter (not a bill) where for brand new flooring, and remodeling. The letter said "new flooring 2350" and "removal of old carpet 890" that is not how it should appear ever. Also they chose to remodel the unit( which it was build in 1979) that does not entitle them to.charge me for updating it. I also took pictures when I moved out and there were no damages that required new flooring or cabinets, or any of the other outlandish items they are wanting me to pay for. I am entitled to my deposit back. But they will not give it to me, or respond. Not to mention while living there they had "walk throughs" every week due to them selling the building. On one occasion they drilled my lock out of my door while i was at work because they couldnt get in (stated they never got the key from the previous labdlord) to show my apartment to a potential buyer, and by doing that my children were unable to get inside until ** replaced the lock. Looks like I'm going to court.Review fromBella S

1 starThe shadiest and absolute WORST property management company. Months after youve moved out theyll try to tag on random fees, even when you lived there they tag stuff on months after it should have been . Whole time we lived there the never maintenanced any request we needed especially major issues concerning our safety. You can never get ahold of these people so unprofessional!!! The amount of people that told me horror stories about them when they were brought up is insane.Review fromKristina C

1 starStarting out with LT back in ***************************************************************************************************** a timely manner. We are still current tenants and they are HORRIBLY slacking now on getting maintenance done. I have very very very old windows that SHOULD *******% be updated because of all the moisture that gets trapped between panes and then of course the mold growth that comes with that. Especially when you cant open the windows during the winter months because we put plastic over the windows to keep the drafts out. I have recently put in ANOTHER maintenance request due to water coming in through the basement window. Have I heard anything back yet???? NOPE! Nothing and Ive scheduled times where I will be home and available. We are also paying ALL utilities ON TOP of a $150 RUBS fee. Something isnt adding up with that one.Review fromRevae S

1 starLT ********************** *****. They just took over management of the complex we're rent*** a unit in. They changed th***s and they enjoy charg*** people to pay their rent in every which way possible. Pay slips at stores, $4 fee. Cashiers check, fee of course. Bank***/rout*** or debit on the portal, fricken fee. Oh, and they don't accept cash at they office. Why you ask? Cause they can't charge a **** fee I'm assum***. And if you're late on rent, the online portal won't let you pay so then you have to go out of your way to get cash from the bank to a store in town that does the pay slips or a Cashiers check and then waste time, money and gas to get it to them. How fricken inconvenient! I'm glad they can sleep well at night know*** they're nickel*** and dime-*** tenants. We HAVE TO PAY TO PAY?? GET REAL.Review fromCara D

1 starThis is the WORST property management company I've ever had to deal with! For the past 2 months I've been searching for an apartment, and their first apartment we looked at was nice; we put in two applications, as there was two of us adult age, which cost me $90, then wanted another $25 on top of that for a pet profile. Then I looked at another apartment they had available; it was a complete dump! It didn't have a livingroom, or a place for a dinette table or for people to eat together, and the refrigerator was down the hall from the kitchen---not acceptable as a two-bedroom but more like a studio. But it was still dumpy....and their applications were unreal! They asked EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of a person's life; they practically wanted to know when I was potty trained! And I'm 54 years old! They wanted copies of EVERYTHING, including my bank statements, which I felt was overstepping the boundaries because I've NEVER been asked for that before or never have again in other applications! But the worst part was when they made me wait over 3 weeks for a response on whether I was accepted or not---and I had to repeatedly contact them for them to FINALLY give me an answer! I told them my credit score was below 650, which was their requirement, and they kept telling me I wasn't denied when actually I was---they just wanted my money! My son and I have been accepted, and rather quickly too, for another apartment, but LT Management's scumbag apartments aren't even fit for a squatter! And they expect you to be PERFECT! The ONLY reason I was denied was because of my low credit score; how screwed up is that?! They want applicants to have a 650 minimum credit score but most their apartments are DUMPS!!Review fromMichael C

1 starOne star is too many. Our property was recently switched to these "managers" who outsource every aspect of management to third party scam sites at tenant expense. When we reach out with concerns, their rude and incompetent tenant relations manager *********************** is either condescendingly unprofessional or blatantly ignores us, all while charging a monthly service fee for the disservice of having to work with them, then immediately raises rent in a passive aggressive, vindictive, and ***** abuse of power. Textbook definition of soulless slumlords. If they are outsourcing maintenance, *************, etc and are providing unsatisfactory to non-existent tenant relations, and charging fees that the property owners never see or have any part of, I'm really failing to understand where this additional service fee is going other than into their pant suit pockets. ************* run by trash human beings renting trash properties. Amazed that no one has burned their office to the ground.Review fromTravis S

1 starCrooks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company will take your money and lie about it. They will charge you a fee for anything and everything. $9 for a light bulb. $14 for smoke detector battery. They even charged everyone in the complex MONTHLY, for property service fees. And told the residents we had to shovel the common area walkways and sidewalks around the complex. They don't fix anything ever. I lived in my unit for 4 months with no kitchen cabinets because the receptionist bimbo "didn't scroll all the way down on her emails"?? these people will talk down to you as you are handling them the rent money for there over priced dumps. I don't know how this company is still in business. And how the owners/employees can sleep at night. . . . this management company left a bad taste in my mouth everytime I had to deal with them. BBB please look into this shady business. They are trapping people in to a lease then stacking several hundred dollars in "FEES" on top of the already ridiculously high rent. STAY AWAY bed bugs, black mold, asbestos ceiling. Leaking LEAD water pipes, the water is undrinkable at the centennial pines apartments because of this unresponsive situation
