- Unopened, unused, 10 day max return with receipt, store credit. We stand behind ewhat we sell if it has a problem when new we will get it taken care of.. This does not include physical damage etc. Customer must buy parts to repair. We do have a service fee for repairs of 25.00 min after that 45.00/hr, for industry std brands that we sell, all others are on a per piece fee..we don't charge for simple quick fixes as we determine it to be.
