      They are not my regular vet but my dog had a seizure over the weekend so I had to use them. I got in fast & they were friendly but....First off they charged ****** for just a basic exam which is ridiculous. Then decided he needed the " Geriatric Profile " testing done which was another ******. He was taken to another room for that, I didn't see anything the vet actually did. ************* apparently was taken but they said they won't get results for 2 days. So now we're going on day 3 & nothing. They don't even call to discuss results they just email it to you. No medication for the seizures, he's had 2 more since the appt. I had his records transferred to my vet , my vet said my dog needs to be on meds for the seizures so I had to call them to have it faxed over. The gal said the vet is pretty responsive to requests like this but of course my vet hasn't gotten anything other than the records since i called them on Monday, its now Wednesday...but he needs the prescription.. I've called twice & sent a message on their website also & still nothing. Obviously they don't care about the animals they see. My vet can't do anything since my dog hasn't been seen by them in the past. I've had him a bit over 2 ******** hasn't needed to see a vet until now. My dog goes in tomorrow to see my vet but I guess in the meantime I'm hoping he doesn't die from the seizures. If I was able to go to my vet in the 1st place I would have gotten answers as far as the test results before my appointment was over & face to face. I'd give zero stars if I could. Never again will I go here

      I spoke with this ************** via email. It was determined that we had an incorrect email on file for her. We corrected this error in her profile and emailed **************************'s complete history with test results. We have emailed and faxed over all information to her desired veterinarian. These have all been supplied to ************** via screenshots.

      We sent ******'s bloodwork out and noted that nothing appeared abnormal once results came back in. Customer also has this screenshot noted with dates and times. 

      Our lead for the *** team was notified to coach her team to ask for email and phone information every time that customer calls. 

      We apologized for our incorrect capture of her email.

      "Take your pet to Summit if you can & not here if you can't see your regular vet. Lazy & all they care about is the money. ****** before they even saw my dog & another ****** for a Geriatric Profile. My dog had a seizure among other things suddenly, sent me home with no test results because they decided to send them out rather than do them in clinic & no meds for the seizures. He's had 2 more since. This was Sunday,it's now Wednesday & still no test results back, trying to get them to fax a prescription to my vet is like pulling teeth & so far nothing. I've called twice & messaged on their website once, so contacted them 3 times in as many days & no results . Dr. ****** was the vet, he's responsible for faxing prescription over to my vet. 2 good things I can say, they were friendly & I got in quickly...for all the good that did"

Furthermore, we ensured the timely delivery of ******'s prescribed medication to the specified destination via email and fax on the 19th, with a follow-up on the 21st.  

      It's imperative to underscore our commitment to following strict protocols, particularly when prescribing medications with potentially life-altering implications. Bloodwork results serve as a crucial factor in our decision-making process to safeguard the welfare of our patients.       Negative 10 Stars. My wife took our daughters dog to the clinic because we think the dog has a blockage or partial one. The dog can eat and still ****, & not getting better. So my wife took the dog in on Sunday evening around 8pm. The vet said that an x-ray would tell us. So they charged us 195 for the visit, almost 500 for the x-ray and an IV. Then after the x-ray they said that there may be something but that they could not be sure because of food in ******** digestive track and asked if we could bring the dog back in the morning for another x-ray. So the first visit cost over 700 dollars.So my wife took the dog home and watched the dog ALL NIGHT long, got a stool sample for the vet and took the dog back at 8am the next morning.The vet charged us another 195, plus another X-ray charge plus reading cost and then asked if we could bring the dog back at 10pm the same night for yet ANOTHER X-RAY, because they still could not be sure if there was something there or not. But charged us some other fees again.. So now we are charged over 900 dollars. Which includes another 195 visit fee which were told the night before that we would not be charged a new 195 Visit fee, but when they charged us for it the 2nd time they told us they had to because the vet we saw last night was not there and the dog was seeing a new vet.So now we are over $ **** dollars, and they KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, EXCEPT THAT THEY WANT THE *** TO COME BACK FOR A 3RD X-RAY THAT *** OR *** NOT TELL US WHAT IS WRONG.SO ALMOST $1700 LATER AND NOTHING AT ALL, THEY WANT TO RUN SOME LAB WORK FOR OVER $500.This is HORRIBLE, and legal action should be taken for this Vet Hospital SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR MONEY TO HELP AND SAVE A SICK ANIMAL WHILE THIS PLACE DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXCEPT CHARGE A BANK CARD MONEY UNTIL ITs ALL GONE.... KEEP ALL ANIMALS AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN.. Contacting the BBB, State and State AG. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Negative 10 Stars. Just SAD.

      This vet hospital is outstanding. There is a shortage of vets in this area. I have taken 2 of my cats here after being told that all the other vets in the area were at capacity. Although it was quite far from my home, I was so relieved that there was at least one place that would even check us in. It was a wait each time, but I would rather wait than have no care at all. They always said that if they were at capacity, they would call me as soon as they had a spot open. NONE of the other vets said that. They saved the lives of 2 of my cats in the past. In addition, the front desk staff is very caring and compassionate.

      Got there at 7:30 pm with a dog that was sick and throwing up. They did a parvo test in the parking lot. An hour later they came back and told me he was positive for parvo. Then proceeded to leave us in the parking lot for 6 hours with a sick dog throwing up and breathing in obvious pain while.i watched non emergency animals come and go. We k ew what was wrong now all we needed was to be told our options. Shouldn't have left us out there for 6 hours with a suffering dog for 300 dollars. I could have waited til morning to pay 150 at the vet in the morning. Don't bother replying with were an emergency vet c*** There were no emergencies when you watch people.walk in with their.pets and leave with their pets. No excuse

      We are so sorry about the loss of ******. We show that you did come into our office on ****. We did test for Parvo and ****** was positive. The notes in your account state that you elected for at home treatment due to financial restraints. We sent meds and instructions home with you. We are a full service facility and we were at Criticals Only at the time that you came in meaning we had an already full hospital when you had arrived. ****** was triaged and tested within the hour. Again, we are sorry you had to wait and we are so sorry to hear of the passing of *******

      Very over priced. They push services that arent needed. They keep you almost held hostage like they are selling a time share. I waited 5 hours to get antibiotics for a dog they told me might need surgery. Turns out after ultra sounds and testing they found nothing. Scam

      They saved my cat! We were going to a different vet place for our cat who was having issues using his litter box. It got to the point where he wasn't eating or drinking anything and stayed in the same spot and hardly move. Originally the other vet place got us some medication and special food to try to help but it wasn't helping. The last visit we had there they did tests and said the numbers were actually looking better. After a day more of waiting and realizing he wasn't getting better we took him to Sumner Vet.They triaged him and realized right away he was completely blocked (which the other vet place said he wasn't) and had we waited much longer he likely would have died. They got him in and removed the blockage. While he was there we got a call twice a day (morning and evening) to get updates. It was even a surprise that we got him home a day earlier than expected since he bounced right back, and we got a partial refund from what we paid since he was out of there earlier than expected. The staff did an amazing job and I'm really glad we came here to have them help our cat. From my experience I would highly recommend them. Understanding they have to triage based on severity, I can say that in our case it was life threatening to our pet and they got right on it which is all you can ask for in the situation.       of my life was, I truly could not have asked for a more Profesional, understanding, simpathetic, supportive and copationate place to be in such a difficult time. I am so greatful with the way that Sumner Vet Hospital handled everything, and truly made things as simple as they could for me so I could spend more time on focusing on what was most important at that time and that was comforting my dearly loved baby boy, ******!!       DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!! This "vet" has done nothing but mess up time after time and sadly I lost my THERPY DOG, and baby because of them! From the very beginning the communication from this clinic was horrible but even today while picking her remains up everyone in the office including the manager had absolutely NO ANSWERS to ANY of our questions! I reached out multiple times to get her final paperwork back from her and there was no response. When first going in no one at this clinic asked me ANYTHING about my babies past health care or about any of her medical history. Her lab work is extremely contradictive while trying to research what it says because the doctor refused to go over it with me. They stated at one point that she had gone into kidney failure at but never specifys what stage she was in, and it concerns me because when I got her me and my vet got her through it once already. This "doctor " and I use that word loosely was late on the blood work I asked for and multiple other things. Just going in today to pick up her remains they never notified me were there I was told to calm down just because I was asking questions about the treatment of my dog!! If you want your pet healthy and alive I really suggest going ANYWHERE else. This place should be SHUT DOWN!

      Please know that we are so sad that Lady **** passed away. These are the notes directly from the Dr. and Assistant Hospital Manager that worked this case. Lady **** was brought in 9/11 for labored breathing, discharge from nostril, not eating or drinking for 5 days. ****************** recommended x-rays and bloodwork. Owner declined bloodwork but authorized x-rays. Later on Lady ****'s owner called back authorizing bloodwork. ****************** recommended hospitalization, client said hospitalization was not an option and wanted antibiotics to take home. ****************** recommended fluids due to history of kidney disease.****************** met with owner in exam room and went over bloodwork. Client was distraught in exam room; she stated she did not have her medications with her. ******************* did said she understands this is an upsetting situation but did ask her to stay calm and to be respectful.****************** continued to talk with owner about diagnoses, marked azotemia and that she felt that was contributing to lack of appetite and not feeling well. Lady ****'s owner elected humane euthanasia at that time. Owner emailed with responses with our front desk 13 times within 6 days, 9/11-9/16. All are documented.Owner called the front staff each day, multiple times a day asking for records to be sent. All are documented.Our Assistant Hospital Manager spoke with the owner twice on September 15th. The owner became very abusive on the phone.****************** also has email communication with the owner. On the evening of the 15th, our Assistant Hospital Manager did ask our front desk staff to stop responding to her emails. Lady ****'s owner was becoming verbally abusive to all staff members and threatening. September 22nd our Assistant Hospital Manager talked with Lady ****'s owner and her friend in person when they came to pick up remains.

      Please cancel cat boarding 7/15-19. I will never cross your threshold again. I took my perky, happy*, but vomiting dog to you on 6/30, and God only knows what you injected him with, because I brought him home listless, with diarrhea that he didnt have before, and with no appetite (hes a LAB .. no appetite? What did you do to him?)? I called 7/2 to get him in for a follow-up, and the answer was NO. What is wrong with you? I understand that youre crazy busy, but you refuse to see a dog whos worse after your $500+ treatment? what are you afraid of? I took him to a different vet after calling around for half a day, and now were waiting for results of $1200 of testing. Let the public beware - stay away from these money-grubbing monsters. *Dr **** even commented on how sweet and happy this dog is. too bad he isnt now. Shame on you all.

      Youre not paying attention - I called and was turned away. My pet was NOT triaged on 7/2; although I can guarantee that on 6/30 you sent him home worse than when he arrived. Your reading comprehension needs improvement, along with your ethics.

      My wife has been sitting down there for 4 hours an still hasn't been seen you do not want to take you pet there the service is so bad. You should go else . I will never go there ever again.

      Hello, We are an emergency hospital for pets. Several of our patients come to us in very grave situations. Our protocol is to triage clients in order of need. We saw you GSD on 2/19/22 for an abscess on her back. While she needed medical care, she was not in danger of passing. On this date our ER doctor had several patients in need of care that could have been in more serious need. We are sorry your wife had to wait, your pet was stable and was getting medical attention. Our wait times are often at 12 plus hours as we are overwhelmed with ************ of urgent care.
