Our heat pump was not working. We were told we had an unidentified leak and loss of refrigerant. We were quoted $4060 for leak detection plus a refrigerant cost after that. Very hard sell to sign for this service. Then we were shown prices for a new heat pump. We called another company for a second opinion. No leak. The defrost board was defective and the cost was $900. I would do due diligence when getting quotes from this company. (I have quotes to back this up as well as final cost from other companies)Pacific Heating & Cooling

Pacific Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations on quality and responsiveness to customer needs. Very helpful in explaining the install process and answering questions. The city inspector said they are his number one company. He did request they install a post stop in front of furnace and that seemed questionable if needed, but Pacific Heating and cooling project manager ***** came out and installed it within 20 minutes. He also explained again how I need to change the filters every 3 months. I trust this company. Thumbs up!Pacific Heating & Cooling

The workers who came to do the job were great! Very very nice and did a nice job. The problem is with the phone communication. I would suggest they make notes on the account of every client they talk to, so the right hand knows what the left hand has said. I was quoted a figure on the phone, but when it was time to collect, it was a totally different figure. So, my word against theirs-my fault for not asking them to send the quote via email so i would have a record of the quote. Then the furnace maintenance was scheduled for the same day, in the afternoon, and they did not send him because I didnt confirm. BUT oh, I called and confirmed, but again, no record of the phone conversation, so..We really enjoyed the guys/gal who came to our house to do the work. Very professional!!!Pacific Heating & Cooling

****** came to my home to do a yearly service to my mini split units. He was very professional, courteous and answered my questions about my unit. He was even honest enough about a question he couldnt answer. I appreciated his honesty and kindness. He was very articulate about explaining the fees and talked highly about the company. For these reasons I will continue to stay with Pacific Heating and Cooling and continue with their services.
