    I had a lab test done on December 30th, 2022. The lab told me it takes a couple of days for the test to be completed. I had not heard from them for 2 weeks and called multiple times, texted, and finally they called me back a week later. They told me my test was not completed due to a weather delay while transporting the test. I asked if I could retake the test in the state I was living in since I had moved. They said they would get back to me about that and never did. I reached out to them multiple times a week after that and had not heard anything from them. Finally I got ahold of them about a month and a half after my first test. This time I asked for a refund and they said they would issue that. It has now been 3 weeks since then and I have not received a refund. They will not return my calls or answer the phone. I paid for a test that was not completed and they will not issue a refund.

    I got a TB Quantiferon Gold blood test in 12/2/2022 at this location. I paid $209. I was told I would receive results in 2-3 days via email. I have reached out to the business by call, text, and email and have received no answer. I would like my money back because I will have to get another test done by another facility so that I can start my job.

    On 11/10/21, I went to Any Lab Test Now (ALTN) in ******, ********** and paid $90 on my credit card to get a Covid test. I needed to get the test prior to my return home to ********, ****** on 11/13/21. Although I was supposed to get the test results via e-mail within 72 hours, I never received the results. Since I am currently busy doing clinical rotations for school, my mother agreed to help me attempt to get a refund from ALTN. My mother made a total of 7 phone calls to ALTN to request a refund, most recently on 1/3/22. Not only did no one ever answer the phone at ALTN, but they also never returned any of her calls, despite the fact that on several occasions she left lengthy messages explaining why she was calling. She also sent ALTN 5 e-mails regarding this matter, most recently on 3/7/22. On 11/29/21 she did receive a brief response, which stated, "A refund request was sent to the owner I will check with him to check the status of it." Although this e-mail provided some hope that a refund was forthcoming, after this one communication my mother never heard anything further from ALTN.My mother was later able to get the name and e-mail address of the physician-in-charge (***) at ALTN ******. She sent 4 e-mails to the **** on 1/3/22, 1/24/22, 2/9/22 and 3/7/22. All of her e-mails to the *** were met with zero response.In sum, my mother has made 16 attempts via phone call or e-mail to resolve this matter with ALTN, without success. At this point it seems fair to say that ALTN and the *** have no intention of refunding the $90 that I paid for test results that I never received. If there is a reason ALTN and/or the *** believe that I am not entitled to a refund, they have failed to articulate what it is.
