My wife and I bought a 2016 ************** from this business. We picked it up on the 8th of Aug 2024. The first thing that sent red flags were the salesman's persistence that my wife "needs to come and sign the papers!" She was working at the time, so it was difficult to come in. When we did arrive to take ownership of our SUV, ***** ******, out salesman said-"it has an issue with the pass. airbag and needs detailing." So, we came back on the 8th of Aug and drove home. Immediately I noticed the air bag light came on. We'll wait it out, maybe it'll go away. Then the brake lights went out. I filled out an online survey about our experience and 2 days later, the service manager, ****** called and said-"I want to make this right." So, we took it in, got a loaner. 2 weeks later it was fixed. That night before we left, the light came back on. We called the next day, took it back, got another loaner. Week and 1/2 later it IS fixed but is having starting issues. So, for the THIRD time it's in the shop. It feels like it's been in the shop MORE than we've driven it. I got a flat that couldn't be repaired, so I spent $1,180 on new tires, because these were too worn. We just want a vehicle we can drive and not leave in the shop! Pretty sure this is a Lemon.Business Response

On August 8th 2024 we bought a 2023 ******* Santa **** from ***** Will of Chevrolet in ******. The truck was sold to us by *********************. He didnt show us all the features of the vehicle such as blue link. He waited until we signed all the paperwork and as I was sitting in the truck he pointed up and said you can call ******* and pay for those services. He didnt at all explain what they were. Then we signed for all warranties also. We changed are mind went back the following Wednesday and my husband signed a paper to cancel all warranties and *********************** manager of finance was supposed to call my husband at work Friday. He called and my husband couldnt talk he was very busy said he would talk with me his wife. I called left a message at the dealership ***** called me I told him I didnt want the warranties. I also said I wasnt told about blue link and would have never gotten the swat protection for 1000 dollars when I can get blue link for 99 a year and it has way more features. ***** wasnt willing to go to higher management so I told him I would and he hung up on me. I was told they are upfront and honest and when I used his own words against him he hung up. Worst experience of my life. I have contacted further management with no reply.Business Response

I went to Titus Will Chevrolet and bought a ******* Santa **** when I purchased the vehicle I signed up for all the warranties. I then changed my mind a week later. This all happened in August of 2024. I was told by the general manager ***** that it would **** * to 8 weeks to get the money put back on the principal of the loan. I had called multiple times and then at 10 weeks called the bank Becu. Becu said that ***** Will had sent it to the wrong place a third party and now it was going to take an additional 6 weeks. Now because Becu doesnt have the money in their possession I am going to have to pay the interest until this gets paid off. I am not responsible for this interest.Initial Complaint

I dropped my truck off on Feb 20,2024 and it is now March 29, 2024. Still have not received my truck back, first because supply chain still being behind and then when the part did arrive it was a defective part so they had to order a new one. Now they have it and its been a little over a week and i still have not received my truck back. The lack of communications is horrendous especially because i will be moving due to PCS orders and I communicated that with the service rep. and i seems like it doesn't matter to them. When I called to get an update they couldn't because the service rep and the technician were both gone.Business Response

Our apologies. This the first time we've seen this complaint.
Please know that Mr. ******* was on a time crunch as he is active duty military and was transferring to ****** (along with his vehicle). We were unable to repair his vehicle before his transfer due to the issues he describes in his complaint. We canceled his warranty claim so he could start a new claim when his vehicle reached ******. He was frustrated, and we sympathize with him, but he seemed to understand that the issue was out of our hands when we parted ways. We're hopeful that he is able to get his vehicle repaired in ******. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thank you.

i bought a 2014 ****** tacoma from ********************* less than a year ago and all way going good with my truck. they replaced the rear pads before i was allowed to come pick it up. it started to shake a little after picking it up, at first i thought it may have been unpaved roads then it got worse and worse. i have contacted them about the issue multiple times and not received a call back to fix the issue. i went and recently got a brake inspection come to realize the dealership did not replace the drum shoes which is supposed to be replaced when putting new pads on. because the rear drum shoe was not replaced it has since caused damage to my front rotors leaving burn marks on them causing my steering wheel to shake along with my whole truck because of the unreplaced drum shoes. i have contacted them as *** said many times to try and get this issue fixed but they have neglected to call me in regards to getting my truck fixed. i is beginning to be unsafe to drive due to the amount of shaking the trucks been doing, i cannot step on my brakes slightly without my wheel shaking then a couple seconds later my truck along with it especially down hills. i hope this issue gets resolved.Business Response

I purchased a 2022 Tahoe on 6/3/23 from Titus Will Chevrolet, with the promise of an extra key. (I did have them put it in writing on my paperwork). I've tried reaching out to the sales manager, ******, and ***********, Bode, multiple times for about a month. After about 10 or so calls ****** finally reaches back out to me telling me to go to the ***** dealer closest to my home. I also have a used car dealership and asked if he would like me to use my resellers permit, he stated there no need and no problem and just to get it done. On 6/22/23 I purchased that second key, decided to go ahead and use my reseller, and paid $466.13. I attempted again to contact someone as to where to send the bill to, **** gave me his email, I emailed it off with the thought it would be taken care of as stated at time of sale. I reached out again to ****** after not hearing back from anyone, and again had a hard time reaching anyone. Finally got into contact again with ******, and he stated that **** no longer works for the company, and that I should have negotiated the key into the price of the sale instead of on the "we owe" that was signed by the dealership and myself, and now his only offer was $250, while telling me I should have known to do that since I own a used car dealership myself as well. As a last resort, I did try and reach out to my other fellow car *****'s, one of which is friends with ******************* (the son), and at this time **** hasn't reached back out to me either. It is now 8/9/23, 2 months later, I just want this resolved.Business Response

I bought a 2023 ***** equinox on February 16th and as of today March 13th the car broke down. I was going to ****** home improvement and my handyman was following me when all of a sudden there was a pop and he heard it too. He thought it was his car and when the tire in the front on the passenger side popped my wheel turned to the right and I was trying to turn it to the left but it wouldn't let me and it went over a curve and I had the park it. So now the tire is blown with a big hole in it and messed up the rim and the same side on the passenger side on the back wheel that tire has a bubble in it. I called OnStar. They sent out a tow truck. Took it to Titus-Will Chevrolet parkland where I bought the car and the general manager of the service department is going to tell me. It was my fault when I had a witness that saw the whole thing and he told him what happened and the manager almost put him out of the store for telling the truth. Now they want me to pay over $800 for two tires and a rim which is not even in stock. And I paid $42,000 for this car and I don't have a rental. They wanted me to pay for that too. I think the dealership should pay for the tires and the rim.Customer Answer

On 09/18/22 I bought a ***** Colorado for over *****. They persuaded me to buy the gap warranty and told me it was life time. It is only 4 years or ****** miles. I get home it' was dark. I noticed the seat was ripped because it had seat covers. I'm to short for the truck. When i called and said i wanted to bring it back, the selling agent said he would talk to finance and call me back. He did and said if we bought you running boards would you keep it. It was late by then and i agreed only to go where they sent me for the running boards. They did not order running boards. They ordered nurf boards. I checked the oil before starting the ignition that morning and the oil was black. The spare tire is balled and does not match. I feel totally taken advantage of because I am a disabled woman. I feel like I shouldn't have been manipulated. I informed the selling agent that I can't get in this truck and eventually I would be in a wheelchair. I would have liked the opportunity to look at other vehicles. I wanted a 2022 and they said it was not there but it was on their website. I informed them that the LT would be better for me because of my limited motility. They told me I was being ridiculous. This is probably my last vehicle and I would like one I can use. I am afraid I am going to hurt myself getting in and out of this truckBusiness Response

was invited to a car sale event by my ************* I came on Saturday, July 23. I had a nice sales person. I needed a The vehicle of seven seats.. The salesman seemed worried that he would lose my business if I left to go over it with husband and come back the next day. I assured him and promised him that I would come back and I would be buying a vehicle.. at home spoke with the husband that night he he said that he wanted me to look for a Cadillac **** I had a two-year-old and a four hours with me on Saturday. So I drove from ********* to ****** to get my son who is 14 and could help while I finalize picking out a vehicle and doing the paperwork. On the way up to go pick him up. I stopped at the Olympia location in case they might have the **** I asked if they did and was told by somebody there that they would not be selling me a vehicle Because he was told my husband and I were doing fraud.. I told him that was really weird. Finished picking up my son and decided I probably should stop in to figure out whats going on. I stopped at my credit union to politely ask What this was about. If there is fraud going on I legitimately wanted to know about it. Or if they just didnt like me and didnt wanna do business with me. That would be fine. I was approached in a abruptly hostile by a manager of *****. I was not looking for confrontation.. I was simply wanting to ask and find out what was going with this fraud statement mentioned earlier. He was hostile and intimidating immediately and was not professional and discreet. Telling me that everything my husband and I provided was fraudulent. Weird and not true. I didnt like be told n treated like my husband and I were criminals. This manager was not civilized. I was a appalled with lack of professionalism. Tried letting him know to tell the police I would wait and talk with police at gas station nearby instead. I cried after he was threatening repeatedly that he was going to punch me in the face while on the 911Business Response

This individual provided us with two different social security numbers and titles to two vehicles not in her name. She further insisted that she could sign paperwork on her husbands behalf, which she cant. We told her that we cant do business with her for these reasons and we politely asked her to leave. She refused to leave and her behavior became erratic and aggressive. A manager told her that if she was going to get physical, he was going to have to defend himself. We called the police, who arrived shortly thereafter and escorted her off the property. *****-Will did nothing wrong. We simply exercised our right to refuse business to an individual.
