  Repo building was on marketplace for several days. I decided to make an offer which was accepted. Then they backed out because I was going to pay for it rather than do rent to own (which is very expensive) and gave me a dollar amount that was a $2500 increase from the accepted offer. Then they denied accepting the original offer...which I sent a screenshot of the acceptance in reply. A few minutes later they marked the building as sold! No way it was sold...they had just said they'd accept $2500 more. VERY POOR BUSINESS and customer service.

  My husband and I ordered a shed through ****** in ********** ** to be installed by backyard buildings. I received a text from them within a week that I needed to confirm if I wanted that date. I confirmed but then didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. 4 days before they were due to arrive I tried calling the company to make sure it was going to proceed. No one answered the phone so I left a message asking them to call back to confirm. I ended up calling 4 times, getting sent to voice-mail every time, which prompted me to look them up online. After reading all the reviews here, I was convinced that our shed wasn't actually going to happen without endless hassle. I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The office called the day before to confirm. The builder called the morning of to let me know his eta. *********************** and ***** showed up right on time and with the correct kit, and proceeded to have the whole thing built in 5 hours. They were polite, professional and hard working. I am so pleased with our purchase. It was definitely worth the money spent!

  Took off for the installation but it all wasted. *** arrived 3 pm and the next day it was raining and soaked all the wood. I asked the company beforehand if I can buy my own vent and window and said yes but now they can't. In the first place I will not buy if they said no. Then the door the guy will install is not the same in the order and he said it is different product. Very unreliable company. What a shame? After talking several times with the main office ****** and their ***** contractor, the manager back and forth, it is not worth the stress and time. Whoever reads this one don't get into the trap of what their so called testimonies in their website and even in the ********** website. The claims are all false and sales motivated. I just want the guy to finish and go away. They can always give a bunch of alibis and lies. Very poor service and below par of the expectation in this competitive business world. It is a real shame!

  I placed an order with Backyard Building on October 30, 2022. They set an installation date for my shed on November 30, 2022. Never called to let me know anything. I called about 11:00 am after no one showed up. When I called a got a recording on the phone. Later someone called back and claimed the installer had an emergency. She rescheduled my appointment for December 8, 2022, I confirmed. I lated received a call and the appointment was changed to December 2, 2022. The installer arrived, one person and could not complete half of the job. The next day it was raining. So all of the equipment for the shed was left out in the open getting soak and wet. I am going to be requesting a refund. I don't want them to try and put the shed together after if has been soaked in water. The material is already made from saw dust wood and is very thin. Terrible company. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I would have never chosen them.

  AWFUL. I bought a shed online from shed liquidators on 8/31. Apparently this is the company that installs them. I am in ******, they are in *****. I received an email that said they would contact me 2 days after my purchase to arrange set up. I never heard from the company in ***** so a week later I called and spoke with **** who told me that hed have to push it way out to December 1. He said he had to push me out this far to ensure that he would actually have the unit in stock and that there would be no delays in installing it. I was told that I would get a phone call a couple of days before the install. About a week before the install I called shed liquidators just to ensure that everything was ready to go. I had a concrete slab poured to accommodate the new shed. I was a by it was still on the books and that they would call me two days before the install. Well today is two days prior to the install on December 1 and no one ever called. So at 4 PM, I called backyard products. **** answered the phone and said he was going to have to push me back because he didnt talk to the warehouse manager to confirm they even had the building. Theyve known about this for 3 months. He then lied and said that he tried to call me, but I had no missed calls and he said that my mailbox was full which I then after talking to him had someone call me to confirm that that was not the case. He said he was tired and the only one there and swamped. Im not really interested in his personal problems when *** paid $5000 for a building to be installed and Ive taken off work and paid for a concrete slab and now hes telling me this thing probably isnt going to happen. No apology. Just a jerk. I asked to speak to his boss, but he would not let me. He said his bosses name is ******* but that he wasnt there and I couldnt talk to him. I asked that a message be left for ******* to call me but he wouldnt confirm when or if that would ever happen. I taped the entire phone call.

  TLDR: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR SHED--IF THEY DO, IT WON'T BE WHAT YOU PURCHASED. For those of you still reading... here's the context: I purchased this shed on May 7th, 2022. Originally, I was told the install date would be 7/8/22 and took off the day of work for this. A day prior to install, ****** from the Tacoma branch called me to say they were backed up and could not install the product. Instead, we moved the date to the following Thursday, 7/14 when I was told installers would be available. Fast forward to the late afternoon of 7/13- ****** calls me, again with the same apologetic tone stating the inventory is no longer available. I asked why this is suddenly news when we had spoken just shy of a week prior and he admitted to not having checked the inventory in the warehouse. I find this deeply concerning as it has now been months since I submitted payment and inventory should be locked by now. ****** ends the call by stating he will follow up by 10am PST the following morning of 7/15 to let me know if he can find an alternative solution in the form of either a similar shed or follow up on an install. I never received that callback, but did receive an email from ****** on 7/15 informing me that me shed would be installed the following day (today) 7/16 between 10am-1pm PST. No one ever showed up or called - I tried calling back the number ****** had called me from with no answer. I checked the work order online via ****** and it's stating that the installation was completed, when it has never been. This place is a fraud - they in fact actually delivered my wife's shed several months ago, but it was completely the wrong shed devoid of windows and a much more basic, less expensive version of the model she originally paid for that we then had to spend over $1,500.00 to have separate installers come and install windows to it as they should have been all along for the model she paid for.   Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Ordered a playset through ****** in April 2022 that included delivery and assembly. ****** contracted with this company Backyard Products to actually deliver and assemble the playset. We had to wait 3 months for delivery and assembly due to this company being short staffed. Wasnt happy but everyone is short staffed so it is what it is. Come install day initially everything appears to be good, they come and start putting it together and leave for the day at around 2PM with the job half done. Promise to come back the next day to finish That never happened. They also trashed my yard leaving trash and shipping materials everywhere. We called, we emailed, multiple times over the course of 2 weeks and never heard anything from anyone. No calls returned, no emails replied Contact ****** on the 3rd week who tries reaching out to them, and no surprise they wont even reply to ****** reaching out to them. ****** tried to reach Gorilla products who actually makes the playset and Gorilla also cant get ahold of anyone at Backyard Products. So myself, ******, and Gorilla all cant reach Backyard Products after trying for a month. ****** finally has to pay for and send another company long distance to disassemble to playset and return it. Sadly Backyard products is the only company allowed to assemble them. I wasted half a summer and disappointed two kids who were waiting and waiting. I should have just paid more money and gone local Beware ******, BJs, Lowes, and ********** all use this company for installs for sheds and play sets from Albany all the way up to *********************. Run far run fast away from this company. Im so ****** Im thinking about filing a lawsuit for failure to perform. Already reached out to the Attorney General of **.

  Rating on customer service for ****** installations. 0/5. Never repsond to emails or voice mail. ********** I could get a response is to call ****** and the Backyard products HQ. They don't respond and carrots. You'll need the whip.
