    We have used them to manage our property and they have breached the contract by not doing any annual inspections. They also did not notify of of the tenant lease not being renewed. While talking to others they have serviced it seems to be a pattern. Our property is now severely damaged and we have tenants with no lease. They still are not giving the information we are requesting.

    To Whom It May Concern:

     

    This is in response to the above referenced complaint. We apologize for not following up with the BBB regarding this matter and the communication and resolution we had with the customer on or around August 20th. The owner of Affinity called and spoke with ******, the property owner, and confirmed that we had received her call and complaint. He also acknowledged, due to internal miscommunication and past staffing issues, that the company did not conduct the annual inspection as the agreement stipulates. To help resolve this situation with the property owner, Affinity offered that the company would repair any issues, at its sole cost and expense, that resulted from the company not performing the property inspection in a timely manner. The property owner acknowledged that this would be an acceptable resolution and agreed to proceed accordingly.

     

    Additionally, it was communicated to and acknowledged by the client, that Affinity would post the proper notices and notify the tenant of their non-compliance regarding several lease violations pertaining to the property and their tenancy. The notices were posted on August 20th. In conclusion, there has been multiple emails from Affinitys office to the property owners with updates and acknowledgement from the owners on the status of repairs completed by Affinity and other repairs in progress by the tenant due to the notices of lease violations. We have continued to work through the process of repairs and keep the owners updated and informed. The property owners have since acknowledged and thanked us for our efforts.
