  Made an appointment with them for 6/6/23. They never showed up. I understand things happen. But no one called or texted to cancel. I thought this was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I could have done other things rather than waiting around for nothing and burning leave. I will never recommend your services or use them again..

  Twice now one of your drivers has almost hit me while driving! Today at 535pm truck number ************************************************************************* a business vehicle almost ran right into the driver side of my car due to not paying attention and not looking over his shoulder then almost ran right into the back of my car when coming to a stopped light! Then he continued onto the highway exceeding speed limit. Last time almost got rear ended check your drivers thoroughly maybe instruct them if they took a wrong turn just take the extra few minutes to correct the mistake safely rather than almost causing a big accident!! Be aware of where your going do you not have enough money for gps?

  Extremely professional and honest. Hard working crew. Were timely on everything and honored contract 100%. Any questions were immediately answered. I would highly recommend to anyone!

  Achtens almost hit it out of the park in our roof replacement. However, couple of things:1. They broke off a garage light and I had to do the follow up. Since it was no longer available, I allowed them to weld it back together but it now has a different look than other garage light on other side. 2. No one ever inspected the quality of work that Im aware of 3. They used nails to long on our front of house roof over hang and now we have busted wood the entire length of house in eye sight. **** many tries of contacting them and trying to follow up. Basically their answer was to bad, we used industry size nails. I was left fuming with that response. Terrible terrible customer service and damages to our home.

  The roof they did for me was done fast and looks great. They got me in sooner than anticipated and that was so helpful to beat the rain that was coming. Workers were polite, on time, and even willing to work late. Would recommend them to anyone needing a roof done.

  Achtens completed a re-roof on our main home about a year ago. We engaged multiple roofing companies, and their bid was competitive. In the end, Achtens provided the best value overall given the quality of materials, workmanship, competitive pricing, reputation and references.My wife and I both have construction management backgrounds and have a significant appreciation for the work that they did. They did a fantastic job overall, and we were very happy with the outcome. We decided to have Achtens reroof our vacation home, which was definitely needing a re-roof. This was a substantial challenge for them, as it was on a private island with no public transportation, presenting significant logistical challenges for the crew and material delivery to and from the job site.The company was very flexible to accommodate our very unique situation, and the crew was outstanding. In the end, the quality of the job was excellent, and in the end, we are very, very happy with the outcome.I I would recommend Achtens to everyone.

  Premium quality roofing company! They did everything they said they would do, on time! They finished earlier than expected and clean up was fantastic! I had another company do a bid, and ******** came in slightly lower. Drones were used to determine wear patterns, so other than a bit of dry rot, there were no surprises. I LOVED the fact that Porta Potties were used, so I didn't have to deal with workers coming in and out of my house.

  Our roof was not that old but started leaking in several spots.Come to find out the last job was just a very poor job and leaks were coming through the paper underneath as well as most of the CDX. Everything had to be replaced. Achtens scheduled the replacement promptly. Absolute professionalism at its finest!! **********, very knowledgeable, extremely hard working and dedicated to get the job done correctly. Clean up was as meticulous as their ad states. I would not use any other company

  Achtens roofing was fantastic! One is always skeptical when hiring for a job to be done at your home. The team from scheduling to the work completed and final paperwork was very professional. A huge shout out to **** who did the work. What a gentlemen. Hard working is an understatement. I was at my home office for part of the job and he made me tired listening to his consistent hard work!   They were very prompt at finding the leak in our roof and had it taken care of in a matter of hours. Very nice roofer answered my questions and it looks great. Would hire them again
