Contractors, Tucci and ********* were contracted to put in a 50-house development identified as *********************** at the intersection of ***************************** and ************ in ************, **. Part of the development included moving ******************** about 25 feet to the East which impacted my driveway. The original approach from ***************** had an approximately 12 degree up-angle. Consequently my driveway is now 25' shorter than it was previously. After they moved ***************** my road approach (driveway) should have been maintained at approximately a 12 degree up-angle from *****************. The ******************** code requires a maximum angle of 12 degrees up-angle for a road approach. The ******************** required Tucci and Sons to regrade the road approach on the right-of-way to 12 degrees up-angle and pave it. So now the driveway as it leaves ***************************** has a 12 degree up-angle for 14 1/2' and abruptly becomes a 25 degree up-angle for 11 1/2' until it meets the original driveway. The problem is, after the road approach leaves the right-of-way it has a up-angle of approximately ***************************************************************** truck.Tucci and Sons needs to regrade my driveway to 12 degrees up-angle and apply 3" OF 1 1/4" crushed rock. Also Tucci and Sons removed my telephone line from the street to my house (about 200' overhead and underground) and refuses to put it back. The telephone line was not in use at the time, but my wife and I wanted to keep it for future use.
