Really wasted my time with their nonsense. These people have no idea what they are doing and made up and excuse not to finance me a car only worth **** bucks and had 170k miles. *** my whole social and all of my info just to tell me that they cant get me financed because I been on vacation. Never heard of this in my life. The Car Outlet got me approved on a car worth 10k with **** down. The only reason I don't want the car is because it is a **** Prius with only 78k miles. ******** the car is one owner the batteries could be bad because the car was not driven that much. These people absolutely wasted my time and I would not deal with them for any reason. *************** also got me approved for a one owner Prius with only 122k and it was a 2009. The only reason I did not take that one is because I have no way to check the battery health. These people will just waste your time. That is all they did. Do not do business with these people. If these people could not get me financed for a **** Prius with 170k they have horrible companies to work with. Even CarsRus got me financed for a car worth over 10k. I just did not want a 2013 Jetta. Reliability is not good on that car. This is the only car lot to tell me something so stupid as a reason not to finance me. Probably made that up because I am African ********. When they don't really want to help you they can easily make up any reason.

First things first - do not call ** racist.
Secondly, not selling a vehicle to a willing paying customer is not a good business model. Doesnt pencil.
Thirdly, credit is earned, not given. We are a car lot, not a bank. We pass information on to lenders, hoping we get to sell a car because our customer was offered credit. This customer was turned down for credit. We didnt get to sell a car. And our time was also wasted.

I stand by my review of the business one billion percent. Since then South Tacoma Auto got me approved for a one owner, 2012 Prius V fully loaded. Leather seats and all. Only 66k miles with a set of new tires. Turned it down as well. They haven't tested that battery and the car hasn't been driven much. The only reason I wanted the one from this lot is because the carfax stated that the hybrid battery has been recently replaced. Like I said. Your financing and your ability to get custumers financed is the worst in this area. I can get financed for a car 3 times the price of the car they had that I was interested in. If they can't get you financing every other dealer in Tacoma can.
