      I bought the car from vista auto sales told them I was a single mother first time buying a car and needed a good reliable car they sold me a 2008 ****** Impreza it worked for four days then broke down I got ahold of the dealership they said they would help me and call me back and blocked my number and blocked me on ******** and is refusing to help

      On December 7th, 2024, I purchased a used Mini ****** ********** Sport from Vista Auto Sales for $11,500. Within approximately 100 miles of operation, the vehicle began emitting toxic fumes into the passenger compartment. Professional inspection by my certified mechanic determined these fumes were caused by engine oil burning on hot surfaces within the engine compartment and infiltrating the passenger ******* date, I have invested over $2,500 in necessary repairs to address these serious safety issues, and additional repairs are still required. The vehicle's condition has resulted in:Significant financial hardship due to unexpected repair costs Lost work time from my ************* due to the vehicle being inoperable Potential health risks to my family from exposure to toxic fumes during vehicle operation Documented increase in symptoms related to my service-connected stress disorder I have maintained complete documentation, including:Detailed repair receipts Mechanic's diagnostic reports Timeline of all issues and repairs Communications with Vista Auto Sales I am seeking compensation for:All repair costs incurred ($2,500+)Lost time and wages Additional anticipated repair costs Damages related to health and safety risks The vehicle's condition at the time of sale represented a serious safety hazard that should have been identified during any reasonable pre-sale inspection. The presence of toxic fumes in the passenger compartment posed an immediate risk to my family's health and safety, a condition that was present but undisclosed at the time of purchase.I request Vista Auto Sales address these serious concerns and provide appropriate compensation for the damages incurred.

      Bought a vehicle from them on 10/11/24. They failed to inform me that the brakes were completely shot. Lied about the tire pressure sensors being bad, stating it was probably just low on air. I've had half a dozen things go out on the car in the last few weeks. Tried to trade it in to a different dealership and was informed that it's also been in 2 vehicle accidents that they failed to inform us of. We're now having to put over $800 in parts into this car before even paying the first monthly payment.

      On August 17, I went into Vista auto and purchased a 2018 ****** Impreza hatchback was taken on two test drives with it did not notice any oddities at the time. Staff did not Report any problems with the vehicle there was nothing on the Internet about the vehicle Having issues. I did purchase the insurance was not informed that the insurance does not start for 30 days after the purchase of the vehicle. drove the vehicle home drove it the next day car overheated, coolant, and oil everywhere. Had it towed to a shop where it cost me $1100 brought it home drove for one more day when the same thing happened again cost me another thousand dollars Ive had this car for a month and been able to drive it two times, when I called the dealer that I purchase it from Vista auto they told me to take it to the shop when I called back after all the services were done to the vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that it was a used car and that it is known that the insurance doesnt start for **************************************** their facility, nor is it on the paperwork that we signed. We had to call the insurance company when all this started to find that out.. *********** offered no fix or solution to the issue. They proceeded to tell me to take it to their friends shop who accepts that insurance.
