- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We warranty our work as well as the vacuums we sell in our store. We will exchange any vacuum sold by us that cannot be repaired under its warranty; exclusions do apply. Length of warranty depends on the product sold. We will refund only in the event we cannot repair and have no like replacement for the product sold. Any exchange of supplies sold must be unopened and have been purchased within two weeks of exchange.
