The service was ******* (less credit fee). This is a comprehensive claim that I cannot get any more payment on to correct the vehicle and issues still present because they paid this out to clean scenes. I have mold poisoning, I do not believe clean scenes is competent to correct and address the issues so I would like the payment given to me so I can get the car corrected and completed elsewhere.I was supposed to be receiving a car that had gone through interior mold removal with sprayed and bagged items for my further washing and wiping. Anything directly inside the car should not have had mold on it.I received my car with inoperable windshield wipers (reinstalled incorrectly) and damp items with mold growing on them in the trunk. The items I sent did not have any mold actively growing on them but I opened a bag of sprayed items that had gloves that don't belong to me and a mold that was different from what was initially present growing all over everything in it. Unauthorized exterior work was billed for and paid and there is still mold under the hood and draining out of the grill (this would have been addressed with the exterior remediation I had planned to do with another company after this interior one). The car feels damp or sticky with residue.I sent pictures of the mold found and communicated the issue with the wipers as I found them the night I received my car. The tow truck driver didn't find my spare key and he offered to mail it but didn't say anything of the wipers. I asked if someone could come fix the wipers and drop the key and he said yes then I found the mold and sent pictures and asked for the area to be retreated when they came for the wipers and key the next day. He said the mold is inactive and when I told him it is clearly growing and wasn't present before and asked how that could be there wasn't a response. He did not show up to the planned time and did not commit to another time but said he would be in touch. I then asked for a refund.
