I purchased 2 dresses based on website photos. Website also assures shoppers you can return items within 30 days if dissatisfied. The 2 dresses I got were not "embroidered linen" as shown/described but polyester knockoffs with the design printed on. Every item (approximately 10 garments) was not as pictured. This company uses photos of highly embellished, multilayered, dimensional garments. What they sell you is a cheap, poorly sewn, fabric sack with a design suggestive of the photo printed on it. They're falsely advertising a product they don't sell. Their return policy says all return costs are on the buyer and they're not responsible for receiving the items, so basically they can just tell you they're lost in the mail. Their "customer service" doesn't respond, and they only post fake reviews rather than real ones on their site. Based on all the complaints, I see I'm not the only victim of this fraud. I'm hoping there's a way to get the word out or to somehow revoke this company's ability to sell to US customers. Please let me know if I can assist in this in any way. Thank you!Initial Complaint

Product was absolute junk!!! Nothing like the picture. Picture showed a beautiful soft, flowing shirt with embroidery. Product was cheap nylon with printed flowers. So ugly I wouldn't wear it anywhere. Don't buy from this store.Initial Complaint

I ordered two sweaters advertised as embroidered and the photo showed a raised embroidered poodle on the front of the sweater. I also ordered a second one a little different but also embroidered. What I received were too cheap flat printed sweatshirts. I paid $71.97 for these fraudulent items. However, I ordered them on September 2, 2025. The very next day after reading reviews, I wrote to the company and asked them to immediately cancel the order. That I didn't want it. They never canceled it and shipped it anyway, after I continued to send emails to them asking them to cancel the order. Now they want me to pay $70 to ship these ugly $3 sweatshirts back to *****. They will not issue a refund. They want to give me 30% off on my next purchase on their website. Even though I would never purchase anything from them again! This is fraud!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased products from ************************** that looked great in their marketing. What I received were blurry, cheap looking screen prints. I contacted their support team which is extremely slow with communication. Weeks later Im still awaiting return instructions. I was offered a 20% refund, meaning I still paid 80% of the cost for trash I have to dispose of. This company is AWEFUL and a complete waste of time and money!Initial Complaint

I ordered from this site and then found reviews that the products sent are not what is advertised. I canceled within hours of placing the order, same day. Their site states that orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for full refund. Photos of items were greatly different than actual products. Most concerning is the inability to initiate a return. They wont give me a return address. I ordered a product advertised as patchwork linen pants, and that's what they show in their online catalog. When they arrived, they were not patchwork or linen. They were rayon with a patchwork image printed on them in a different color from the picture in the online catalog. I contacted them for a refund because of false advertising, but they will not refund my money unless I ship the pants to *****. They offered me a 20% coupon for my trouble, but I told them I don't want a coupon because I know they show pictures of one thing and describe it one way but then ship something completely different, so I can't trust their advertising. They then offered me a 30% coupon, but I said I didn't want that. I don't want to pay to ship something different from what I ordered to the other side of the world to get my money back. This was their fault, not mine. They are lying to their customers, and I have been entirely truthful with them.Initial Complaint

Company lists products and photos on website along with return policy. Items do not match photos- items are not made from same material and sizing is not right. The items are cheap pillow cases they sent and not actual dresses purchased. The shape and material and item is not as described. Company emails me coupons and will not provide refund. They refuse to follow their own policy on website. I have not received refund after one month.
