I had an extremely disappointing experience with Choice Media LLC. I paid in advance for TV advertisements and promotional email outreach services, trusting their promises. Unfortunately, the services were never delivered.After repeated follow-ups, ******** ***** assured me via email on December 10, 2024, that a refund for the TV ads would be issued. It is now January 27, 2025, and I have yet to receive the refund or any updates from the company.This companys lack of communication, failure to fulfill services, and delay in refunding payment have caused significant frustration and disrupted my business. I urge others to be cautious when considering working with Choice Media LLC. My experience suggests they are unreliable and do not honor their commitments.Think twice before trusting them with your time or money.Business Response

This Gentleman has the wrong Choice Media. Can you kindly ask him to remove this from our BBB and find the right Choice media to leave his comments for. I do not have a ******** that works for my company, also we do not provide any type of TV advertising or any of the services he listed in his complaints. Please either leave a number you can be reached so we can help you sort this out or remove and plesae leave your comments for the right company. I would not recommend choice media to anyone in the whole world. They can promise you anything that they want to, but once they receive the money, they dont do anything. In April 2024 choice media contacted us and wanted us to buy sponsor ads for our website (we have a website to sell puppies). They promised us we would get a lot more visitors on our website because everyone in ***************** thats going to ****** puppies for sale our name is going to pop up right away because we pay for these sponsor ads. They also told us that we can try it for one month and see how it works and if we see that it works, we can continue with it and if it doesnt work, we can shut it down again. The bottom line is I decided to try it so I paid them $595 on April 18 and they promised us we would see a difference right away. Long story short we kept watching the traffic on our website every single day since then, and it has not gone up at all since we paid for the sponsor ads. Also, we have been trying to ****** a lot of different words like puppies for sale or poodle puppies for sale and we have never seen our name pop up under the sponsor ads. We have been watching this now for a month and a half and we have never been able to find our name on the sponsor ads so obviously they never did anything with the $595 that we paid them except stick it in their pocket. Worse yet once this was going for a couple weeks I tried hard to get a hold of them to let them know its not working out and I dont want anything to do with them but I was unsuccessful to get a hold of them for several weeks. And then, in the meantime, once my one month was up, they automatically pulled out another $500 from my account. Then after that, I was able to get in touch with them and they said they cant give me that money back because I didnt call quick enough to cancel it even though I was trying for two weeks to get a hold of them. I explained the 3 business day policy which requires an email or phone to cancel, which we also emailed to him mulitple times with the terms he agreed to when signing up for our services. I told him I can not refund him and he got upset and starting cursing and saying that he did not get any calls and we did not even run his ads. I let him know that we did run his ads and quoted his stats but he did not care he only wants a refund so I let him know that if he does not submit a cancellation request then we have no way of knowing he wants to cancel and it will auto renew and he hung up on me

******* called me to get a refund because he didn't know that the service was month to month, even though I explained our 3 business day policy to him a few times and why we have it, he insisted that he should get a refund because he didn't get a single person on his website, so I quoted his stats which are tracked and offered to send them to him, told him we are unable to issue refunds because we prepay for the service, but what I can do for the remainder of the time he's with us is adjust his campaigns targeting for better traffic, I explained that targeting nationwide is not recommended for breeders, etc and he said to have *** reach out because he's just going to charge back for both months. So after the threat we escalated the call to our Customer Support Team.

I am rejecting this response because: everything that choice media is telling you is not true. He did not tell us that once the 30 days are up that they automatically pull more money out of my account What he told us is that we can try it for 30 days and then make a decision if its working, we can continue with it and if its not we can just close it. I had no idea that once my 30 days are up that hes going to pull out another $500. Also, what he told us is that as soon as we pay for these sponsor ads, everybody thats going to go online and ****** puppies for sale or poodle puppies for sale. Our name is going to pop up right away because we have the sponsor ads. So then, when we paid for the ads, we were going online at least once every single day to ****** those words to see if our name pops up and it never did one single time I dont care what these guys told you or will tell you I am fully convinced they did not do anything for us at all and I want my money back. No exceptions The only way I will ever be satisfied with this is if I get my money back

I am rejecting this response because: I still dont think that choice media did one little thing after I paid them the money to do those sponsor ads. Keep in mind we have been watching the website every single day for a month and a half or even numerous times in a day to see if our name pops up on the sponsor ads and never did once. And the traffic on our website did not improve at all after we paid them that money so the bottom line is nothing that they told us would happen did happen so if they didnt do anything, they shouldnt be paid for it I dont care how many lies that they tell you I am convinced that they didnt do anything for me at all and they dont deserve to be paid so I request the money to be paid back to me The only way I will ever be satisfied with this whole deal is if they pay me the money back because they didnt do anything to deserve it.

Hello Digital Choice Media,I called to inquire about a $400 withdrawal from my account paying your company for an additional 30day ad. I specifically requested this was a one time 30 day **** spoke with ***** and I believed we had an understanding that this was only for 30 days.Im very disappointed and disheartened over this. There is a recording of my conversation with ***** and I made a request with ******* to listen to the recording. I made this request yesterday 28 May and today I hade not heard from her. Ive called ******** three times yesterday with no call back and twice today with no call back.I spoke with a young man in billing yesterday and he was adamant I would not get a refund and repeated to me 3 times I should have called 3 days prior to cancel my service.Three days prior to 28 May your office was closed, 27th Memorial Day, 26th Sunday, 25th Saturday. I called 9am Tuesday May 28th.I am requesting a full refund $400. Im requesting a reply to this email and my numerous voice messages Ive left. I trusted your company to do the right thing. As you can see below we have been in communication with this client numerous times to be told she was satisfied with the ads before we launched them, also to let us know she wanted to continue services after she received her analytics. We email out our terms and conditions of services before the services even begin and also go on a recorded line to let them know our terms are month to month and all we ask is for them to call or email within 3 business days of their billing date to cancel or change services. This client did not adhere to our terms and conditions so she is frustrated and taking it out on a small business is not the proffesional way to go about seeking a resolution. Swearing at our customer serivces team, threatening reviews, and hanging up on ** is not a good way to go about seeking resolution either. If the client wishes to have a constructive conversation and allow ** to provide the data she/he seeks as proof of ads, clicks, and spend we would be happy to do so. Thank you,
Received 05/08/23 - I have called her several times telling you I have friends that are in this business that can run reports you have never advertised for me. All you did was take money. I was approached by this company for the purpose of initiating on line business advertising. We agreed they would send art work and submit a write up for my approval. I never approved anything as the work was poor.They are billing my credit card for Oct, Nov, Dec and now Jan for services I never saw, approved, received any ad on ****** and never once received a bill. We give you many of the most used keywords for your industry in your area but everyone else running ****** ads for your industry also uses those same keywords. So you can search ****** all day and you might see your ads once or twice but that does not mean that other people are not seeing them because there are thousands of searches done on ****** every second. I am rejecting this response because:Never authorized the advertising to be run.
Found the ads to be very poor and they did not reflect my taste in advertising.
They sent a number of proofs but I did not like any of them and found them very inadequate. To this day, never received a single call from anyone about a loan not referred to me by someone I know. My assessment was correct the ads were poor and the performance was nil.
If I had agreed to the ads I would have paid for them. I never saw an ad I would endorse they offered to me. Sorry. They also billed me on Jan 7th after I instructed them to stop and after this complaint.

They requested ad changes and we made the changes that were also approved by ******* Then *** called in to make additional ad changes which we did while they were on the phone witht the customer services team. I am rejecting this response because:I have no assistant. I did not review or approve anything from this company. I did not like the ads and felt they were substandard. It is true my **** was added, which I sent to them after the first review, but in my email to them I instructed them not to proceed with the ad as I wanted my company to approve it and due to the **** number of my company not being displayed as required by Federal law, the company did not approve the ad and informed my not to proceed without it which was exactly what I did.To this day, never received a phone call, email or any communication from their ads. Pretty poor statement of their ads which is exactly why I did not agree to run them. They were very poor and the lack of any response to them supports my opinion.Again no one is authorized to speak for me, I have no assistant and I did not approve anything and what they ran was a violation of required legal information. Anyone who is supposedly specializing in themortgage industry and its rules of advertising should know all that.

I purchased ad placement for real estate presentation folders. The initial purchase was 10/19/21 for $495. for a single location. I then was contacted (10/21/21) about purchasing additional add-ons for 3 other locations. I purchased 3 additional locations for $125 each. Total spent $870. The folders were never printed, and I never received the advertising I paid for. I have attempted reaching out multiple times, after months I finally was able to reach one person who claimed they were severely impacted by labor shortage etc, and late to print (6 months late at that time). I was assured the folders would be printed, and a copy would be sent to me. It is one year later, and despite continual attempts, I have not been able to make contact again. All the contact numbers for the sales representatives as well as the emails stopped working within 90 days of the time I purchased. I attempted to reach out to the realtor's office and they claimed they did not know what marketing firm I was referring. I have all the documentation. Thank you so much for reaching back out to us. I apologize for the way in which this entrire process was handled. We purchased this company from the previous owner and obviously should have done a little more due dilligence. I had no part in the previous companies actions performed by a *****************************, but do agree that we should come to an understanding and maybe create a new relationship moving forward. I will contact you directly and see what kind of solution we can come to. Whether it be in the form of some kind of refund or services. Sorry for the confusion and any trouble this may have casued you.

We sent your ads proofs to you on 10/03/2022 in an email titled ************ Ads Are Ready To Launch" but it could have gone to your spam so I forwarded them to you. Your ads launched on schedule on 10/07/2022 and are running. We do send you a monthly statistics report about a week before your billing date so I went ahead and sent it to you. We received the request that you sent on 10/25 to cancel and we tried to call you again to further discuss but no answer. Sorry we missed you again. Your ads are paid through 11/07/2022 and will come down at that time and you will not be billed. We appreciate your business. Please keep us in mind for any future advertising needs.
