About 6-8 weeks ago I brought my hearing aids in for a warranty repair return and replace issue. Evergreen said that they would be sent into the manufacture and should be back in about a week or two. Evergreen Audiology office has not been open for at least the last 4 weeks, but **************** is hiding in the office and will not open the locked and closed door. I have called and left phone messages weekly with no response. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails either. Can you help me get my hearing aids back?

I am a 94 yr old woman who has been trying to contact Evergreen Audiology for almost two weeks now with no one answering the phone, or returning our calls,or messages. My son drove me to his office today (6/10/24), which is almost a ********************* only to find the office closed without any notice posted on the doors. The business is still open, lights are on, but no one is in the office. It seems the owner, *********************** has closed his office temporarily without giving any notice to his clients. When we arrived at *****' office, we saw an elderly woman who was waiting for ***** to show up for her appointment, but he never did. I purchased hearing aids from ***** through my health insurance last month, May 2024, $2000. First we had a communication issue with the inexperienced person who runs the front office, but that was resolved and I received my hearing aids from *****. Recently I lost my new left hearing aid and I've been calling and leaving messages at this office for nearly weeks, but no one answers the phone, and no one has returned any of our calls. I've even had my insurance call the office several times, but again, no one answers! When I spoke to my health insurance representative, she said I could have my left hearing aid replaced "out of my pocket" for $300, or if I'm able to reach *****, he can replace my left hearing aid for free, so this is the delema I am facing.I really need ***** to return my calls, so I can get my hearing aid replaced. I have an old pair, but they don't work as well as my new hearing aids worked, so I'm struggling to hear.I can't go to another hearing clinic, to resolve this matter, because I already purchased hearing aids through my insurance from Evergreen Audiology. *********************** is the only one who can replace my hearing aid at "no cost" but he's not responding to my calls. Please have *********************** at Evergreen Audiology contact me ASAP!*************************

I needed new hearing aids. I had an appointment and got my hearing evaluated and was given some choices for various levels of hearing devices. I did not hear back about which ones I wanted to order although I was told I'd be called. I went in and said no one called, so I'm back here to order my hearing aids at that time I ordered them was told doctor would check my insurance. That was about 2 1/2 weeks and I finally went back and said I checked my insurance they said they'd pay so I'll pay by credit card and then get reimbursed from my company. Each time I went only the doctor was there, even though he had 1-2 assistants in the past.Within days I got email notice that my credit card had been charged for the hearing aids and I waited a week and a half again with no response. When I made a phone call to check on the status of the hearing aids, the machine went to voicemail and it said the voicemail box was full. I drove to the office on on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.I went again today Friday the 21st and things were still the same at the business door lights off, sign, saying they're closed, three tags that I've been up for a week from ***** delivery that needed a signature and the mail was piling up on the floor as I could see through the door.I have a couple pictures if those can be included.************************* Phone ************
