    August 27, 2024, I called **** and outlined everything I wished to order. As some of the items were not listed on the Element Driven store, I would need to order what was, and then he would go in on the back end and add special order items to the invoice. After doing so, an email would be sent to me with a link to add a payment.I placed my initial order of $2684.84 for many items, including several ******** products.**** had stated on the phone that the ******** products had a 2-3 week build time.After the order was placed, he texted he would add the suspension to the order. He also expressed that the RobDeezy items were, ...taking longer than usual to be produced so I can keep you updated on those.I received an updated invoice and made a $686.12 payment for suspension.He messaged me the price he could get the tires for. I agreed to add those to the invoice and made another payment of $1014.98 for tires.**** texted the only outstanding items were the wheels, and he would keep me, ...posted on any product/pricing updating.September 3, I reached out via text to ask if there was an update on the wheels. He replied he would let me know the next day.September 14, **** texted me the price. I gave it the green light, and he sent me an updated invoice. I made a payment of $1015.26 for the wheels.After, he affirmed, Ill coordinate everything and keep you posted.October 23, I texted **** to check in on things and inquire about a timeline. I did not receive a response.October 25, *** Deezy made a post in a *************** ...Due to money owed to me from Element Driven, manufacturing of my products have been on hold for months. **** knows manufacturing is on hold...if you ordered and PAID for one of my products in July or later, I DONT EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT.I texted **** to say if I did not hear from him by end of day Monday, I would be filing a dispute. I did not receive a response.That weekend, the Element Driven store was taken down.

    I purchased cabinets for my ***** Element from **** the owner of Element Driven back on July 7th for 1530$. After months of promising my order was coming and was delayed he went silent as of late September. I checked forums online and Im one of many people who have not gotten there items or money back from ****. He seems to have taken the money and ran.

    and ED24-4535 ED24-4711 was purchased aug 5, 2024, ed24-4535 was purchased July 5, 2024. The seller is refusing to rely to text or calls reguarding this order. They have only sent a partial order. I am requesting a full refund.

    I ordered a part from Element Driven on 5/16/23. The business has not shipped the item to me, and when I requested a refund on July 14, ********************* stated that he would refund my money when he got back into the office. To this date, I have not received neither the part nor the refund.
