      ******, the owner of this outfit, is a horrendous jerk. I paid $50,000 for a new roof and a new back deck and my deck started falling apart in under two years. When I complain to her and told her what a serviceman that had been out to my house had seen, she had the audacity to get an attitude with me and act as if I had done something wrong. No ***** Your company just has crappy craftsmanship. Ive yet to receive an apology from her. I recommend that this company not be considered for hire, if you need to have exterior work done. Shes terrible and her company is terrible.

      Horrible contracting company to work from who someone has been working in the industry for several years they are the epitome of unprofessionalism. Their managers know little to nothing about management, public relations, community response. Their sales team in the ***** ** **** have no experience in the home improvement industry other than being thrusted into the position going into home owners homes selling 50% above fair market price. Their project managers in the past have been unprofessional and known to be alcoholics. Their **** center team members answer the phone in condescending tones and speak to people very unprofessional. If someone is knocking on your door asking you to sign up and for an estimate from these people id advise you not to they treat their employees just as bad as their customers. In the lacey **** they cycle through canvassers like people pumping gas at a gas station why so they dont have to pay them on the leads that sale later in future. If you live in the Thurston County, Pierce County or King ******* Do not engage in business with these people they are not a company of high integrity or moral ethics.

      I totally agree with this review. Very unethical business, allowed work to be done over molded area they said they would replace on the walk thru, but of course we did not have it in writting. Also put gutters on the wrong side of roof. Do not give them your business.
