    The gym is great BUT, the management stole 556.54$ from me! I canceled my personal trainer and I gave 30 days notice and they STILL took out 556.54$ from my acct. they finally sent an email saying they approved the action to be reimbursed. But they still havent put the funds back in my account. The front desk will not give me a contact to call or email myself either!!!! Im so mad I dont have money to throw around and Im not being taken serious!!!

    The employee ******, is extremely rude and has demonstrated a pattern of harassment towards me that has made me afraid to go here by myself. He only confronts me when he is the only employee working there. The first time it occurred was several months ago. I spoke to the manager about it and she apologized for him. The second confrontation occurred this past weekend and was extremely unsettling. I have heard that other members have also experienced ****** being rude and disrespectful. I dont understand why this kind of behavior is not taken seriously by Crunch Fitness Vancouver Plaza Location and there have been no consequences for this employee who continues to make this gym an unsafe space. Being told that management will Talk to him, is not a resolution to this issue.
