l bought a set of headlights for my 2011 Challenger on 04/20/22 wait for over 3 months for my lights to come and a few days later they were not working, call and message them and no answer. l know l'm not the only one in this situation with this company but someone must do something before this keeps happening to more people. Street Ambitionz Automotive Lighting is NOT operating any more with this name BUT they keep on doing business under CUSTOM HEADLIGHTS, that's how they walked away with thousands of dollars and started fresh like nothing happened.!Initial Complaint

Order a set of headlights august 11th 2021 havent been shipped nor do they care. Wont answer emails, calls or texts. Occasionally text back and say sorry we will call you back a let you know. Never hear anything Im ******. Spent $ 699 and havent gotten anything no updates nothing. The criminal abuse they put people through is illegal. Hence all the bbb claims yet nothing is done to make it right across the board. I dont only want my money back I want money for waiting 21 weeks now with no resolution. If this were me Id be in jail yet they still out here scamming. I also dont have the bank acct used to make the purchase now. But can show the records if neededInitial Complaint

I ordered a set of headlights for my wife's ******* in ***** ******* kept telling me that it was only two more weeks until they would be ready. I canceled the order via chargeback in October. My ********************************************************************************* July of 2022. They were over $500 and paid in full. To date 11/28/2022 we have not yet received the lights. I called back in Aug and told there was a delay and it would delivered within 2-4 weeks. I have also called numerous times and no one answers the phone. When you call number on website ************ you get a voicemail for the number of ************. I would like to start the process of getting a full refund from these thief's. They need to be stopped before they con more money out of innocent people.Initial Complaint

I ordered Headlights from this company in August 2022 and still not received them. I paid $530.00 for them. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. I try calling the number ************ and it goes straight to voice mail, I leave a message and haven't gotten a response back from that either. Just seeking a refund.Initial Complaint

Purchased headlights online on June 11th, 2022 (order #****). Estimated delivery time quoted was three weeks, and it has been 5 months with no receipt of product. Very difficult to reach the company - sometimes answered the phone, sometimes answered the emails. At this point 5 months later on October 27, 2022 the company phone line voicemail is full and our last three emails go unanswered. We were told the reason for the delay was port delays, and because this is a legitimate problem for many businesses right now, we patiently waited. In September, in the last email response we got, we were told it would ship out the following week. We never received shipment notice and the headlights have not been received. Since we cannot reach her, with the last communication being in early September, and her stating the lights would ship mid September, which they did not, and along with concurring reviews here and other sources, our recourse is to file a fraud claim with the bank as well as notify the BBB and the ****Customer response

Clarification requested by BBB: We paid for headlights from Street Ambitionz online on June 11, 2022. We had some communication with them after a couple of months having not received the headlights. We were promised multiple times they would be shipping out soon, and as of yet, nearly 6 months later, we have not received the headlights. *********** has already charged us for this order. As of September 12, 2022, they have discontinued communication with us. We have texted, emailed, and called the numbers listed on their website and have not received a call or email or text in response as to the status of our order since then (Sept 12, 2022). According to other BBB reviews, it appears this is a common complaint for this company. Their typical response is to blame shipping issues for the parts they use, but we have ordered several other items across multiple industries from overseas and received the products within a reasonable time, so we believe this is not actually what is happening at Street Ambitionz. We believe they are stalling with communication just for as long as they need to do keep us from being able to process a bank chargeback, and then once the time allowed is up for us to do so with our bank, they cease communication. We would like our money refunded as we do not believe they will ever send the product.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because:I contacted my card holder and they said the order was never refunded and they cant do anything about it. I also did not purchase it with a credit card. It was with a debit card.

we have included a copy of the email that was sent to ************************* of the order being canceled. **** card ending ****... Our credit card processor which is 1 of the 3 major processors has been contacted and notified that mr ************************* is claiming the transaction has not shown back on his **** card. They are looking into the matter. As soon as we know more we will contact Mr ************************* directly. As far as our records show mr ************************* order was canceled and refund was processed.

I ordered this set of headlights from this company for my wife as an anniversary present over 3 months ago and I called them after 4 weeks and they said the housing for the lights was damaged and they had to remake them and we should see them in 2 weeks. Another 4 weeks goes by and we still didn't get the product we paid for. We asked them to cancel our order and refund our money and they said **** days. It has now been another 2 weeks with no response and no money. We have been calling them and reaching out to both phone numbers and their email and their social media pages and they still haven't refunded our money and now their phones are turned off and they won't respond to us at all. We have paid them and need the money back so we can purchase from somewhere else because my wife is currently driving a truck with unsafe headlights at 3am in the dark and we can't afford to purchase from somewhere else until we have the money back. We have made numerous attempts to be reasonable with them on getting our money back and had no luck. They have been nothing but rude and disrespectful. I have read their return/refund policy on their website but we never even received the product so there is nothing for us to return to them so their return policy does not apply to us.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of headlights on 7/30/2022 (order #****. I was contacted via email and said it would be 2/4 weeks until shipped. After 6 weeks I started trying to call/email/text company with no response. Finally filed a dispute with card company I used. Very unprofessional, no communication. I am very disappointed with company and I am hoping to get my $815 refunded or the product Although I have already ordered and received from another company
