    I took my car in to get fixed and this business and CarMax where I got my car would go back and forth and tell me the other one had to resolve the issue of getting me a rental car and I would go to the office multiple times to talk to someone about that and they told me to fill out some paper work and then when I brought it after that they didnt have it and that they didnt know anything about the paper work and when I want to talk to someone specifically and they say theyre going to be there theyre not and I had to get my own car to use while my car was getting fixed and payed for insurance. They also did work on the car they werent supposed to and it was about the 3rd time I had brought the car because the same thing kept happening and then they charged me when they werent supposed to.

    ****************** brought in his vehicle for a check engine light diagnoses.


    His vehicle had a piston go bad which caused his timing chain to stretch and damaged the fuel injectors.

     We recomended to replace all four injectors and a spark plug. This was not covered by his factory warranty. We called ****************** for approval and he said to do it. He did have to pay his $300.00 deductable and the warranty covered the rest of the repair.
    **** also replaced the timing chain, tensioner and piston that went bad.
    **** did get ************** to approve this under warranty and  ************** covered all of these repairs. ****************** was also in a loaner vehicle for 14 days that was also covered. 
    All of these repairs are intertwined and were due to have this vehicle fixed properly.
